كشف الأمين العام لمنظمة البلدان المصدرة للبترول «أوبك» هيثم الغيص، أن التوقعات تشير إلى أن «أوبك+» بقيادة أعضاء المنظمة ستزيد الإنتاج من 49 مليون برميل يومياً إلى نحو 64 مليون برميل يومياً بحلول عام 2050.
وأكدت مصادر، بحسب ما نشر موقع «العربية. نت» أن «أوبك+» ستدرس زيادة إنتاج النفط في اجتماع يُعقد يوم الأحد، في إطار سعي المجموعة لاستعادة حصتها السوقية.
وبشأن الأسعار، تراجعت أسعار النفط لليوم الثالث على التوالي في آخر تداولات لها، إلى أدنى مستوياتها منذ مايو الماضي، وسط ترقب الأسواق لنتائج اجتماع «أوبك+».
وهبط سعر غرب تكساس الوسيط بنسبة 2.5% لتتم تسويته دون مستوى 62 دولاراً للبرميل، منخفضاً بنسبة 3.3%. وانخفض سعر خام برنت تسليم نوفمبر القادم بنسبة 2.2% لتتم تسويته عند 65.50 دولار للبرميل.
تعديلات مرنة
وكانت الدول الثماني الأعضاء في مجموعة «أوبك+»، التي تضم المملكة العربية السعودية، وروسيا، والعراق، والإمارات، والكويت، وكازاخستان، والجزائر، وعُمان، وسبق أن أعلنت عن تعديلات تطوعية إضافية في شهري أبريل ونوفمبر من عام 2023م، قد عقدت اجتماعًا، عبر الاتصال المرئي، في شهر أغسطس الماضي؛ لمراجعة مستجدات السوق البترولية وآفاقها المستقبلية.
وفي ضوء الآفاق المستقبلية المستقرة للاقتصاد العالمي وأسس السوق الإيجابية الحالية، كما يتضح من انخفاض المخزونات البترولية، وبناءً على ما تم الاتفاق عليه في اجتماع 5 ديسمبر 2024م بشأن الاستعادة التدريجية والمرنة لتعديلات الإنتاج التطوعية البالغة 2.2 مليون برميل يوميًا اعتبارًا من 1 أبريل 2025م، قررت الدول المشاركة تنفيذ تعديل في الإنتاج قدره 547 ألف برميل يوميًا في شهر سبتمبر 2025م مقارنة بمستوى الإنتاج المطلوب في أغسطس 2025م، وهو ما يعادل أربع زيادات شهرية.
استقرار السوق
يذكر أن الإعادة التدريجية لتعديلات الإنتاج التطوعية يمكن إيقافها مؤقتًا أو تعديلها، حسب متغيرات السوق، مما يمنح المجموعة المرونة اللازمة لدعم استقرار السوق، كما نوهت الدول الثماني الأعضاء في مجموعة «أوبك+» أن هذا الإجراء سيوفر فرصة للدول المشاركة لتسريع جهود التعويض.
وجددت الدول الثماني التزامها بإعلان التعاون، بما في ذلك التعديلات التطوعية الإضافية المتفق على مراقبتها في الاجتماع الثالث والخمسين للجنة الوزارية المشتركة لمراقبة الإنتاج المنعقد بتاريخ 3 أبريل 2024م، وأكدت عزمها على تعويض كامل الكميات الزائدة في الإنتاج منذ يناير 2024م.

The Secretary General of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Haitham Al-Ghais, revealed that forecasts indicate that OPEC+, led by the organization's members, will increase production from 49 million barrels per day to about 64 million barrels per day by 2050.
Sources confirmed, according to what was published by the website "Al Arabiya.net," that OPEC+ will consider increasing oil production at a meeting held on Sunday, as part of the group's efforts to regain its market share.
Regarding prices, oil prices fell for the third consecutive day in their latest trading, reaching their lowest levels since May, amid market anticipation for the results of the OPEC+ meeting.
The price of West Texas Intermediate dropped by 2.5% to settle below $62 per barrel, down by 3.3%. The price of Brent crude for November delivery fell by 2.2% to settle at $65.50 per barrel.
Flexible Adjustments
The eight member countries of the OPEC+ group, which include Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, the UAE, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman, had previously announced additional voluntary adjustments in April and November 2023. They held a meeting via video conference last August to review developments in the oil market and its future prospects.
In light of the stable future prospects for the global economy and the current positive market fundamentals, as evidenced by the decline in oil inventories, and based on what was agreed upon in the meeting on December 5, 2024, regarding the gradual and flexible restoration of voluntary production adjustments amounting to 2.2 million barrels per day starting from April 1, 2025, the participating countries decided to implement a production adjustment of 547,000 barrels per day in September 2025 compared to the required production level in August 2025, which is equivalent to four monthly increases.
Market Stability
It is worth noting that the gradual restoration of voluntary production adjustments can be temporarily halted or modified, depending on market variables, which gives the group the necessary flexibility to support market stability. The eight member countries of the OPEC+ group also indicated that this measure would provide an opportunity for participating countries to accelerate their compensation efforts.
The eight countries renewed their commitment to the Declaration of Cooperation, including the additional voluntary adjustments agreed upon for monitoring at the 53rd meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee held on April 3, 2024, and affirmed their determination to fully compensate for the excess production quantities since January 2024.
