أعلنت إدارة معلومات الطاقة الأمريكية أن مخزونات النفط الخام ونواتج التقطير في الولايات المتحدة ارتفعت خلال الأسبوع الماضي، في حين تراجعت مخزونات البنزين.
وأوضحت الإدارة أن مخزونات النفط الخام زادت 3 ملايين برميل لتصل إلى 426.7 مليون برميل في الأسبوع المنتهي في الثامن من أغسطس الماضي، مقارنة بتوقعات محللين بانخفاض قدره 275 ألف برميل.
وأضافت أن مخزونات الخام في مركز التسليم في كاشينج بولاية أوكلاهوما ارتفعت 45 ألف برميل.
وأشارت البيانات إلى أن استهلاك الخام في مصافي التكرير ارتفع 56 ألف برميل يومياً الأسبوع الماضي، بينما تراجعت معدلات تشغيل المصافي بمقدار 0.5 نقطة مئوية لتسجل 96.4%.
كما أظهرت الأرقام أن مخزونات البنزين انخفضت 792 ألف برميل إلى 226.3 مليون برميل، مقابل توقعات بتراجع قدره 693 ألف برميل.
أما مخزونات نواتج التقطير، التي تشمل الديزل وزيت التدفئة، فقد ارتفعت 714 ألف برميل إلى 113.7 مليون برميل، وهو ما يتماشى تقريباً مع التوقعات بزيادة قدرها 725 ألف برميل.
وذكرت الإدارة أن الواردات الصافية من النفط الخام ارتفعت الأسبوع الماضي بمقدار 699 ألف برميل يومياً.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration announced that crude oil and distillate inventories in the United States rose last week, while gasoline inventories declined.
The administration clarified that crude oil inventories increased by 3 million barrels to reach 426.7 million barrels in the week ending August 8, compared to analysts' expectations of a decrease of 275,000 barrels.
It added that crude inventories at the Cushing, Oklahoma delivery hub rose by 45,000 barrels.
The data indicated that crude consumption at refineries increased by 56,000 barrels per day last week, while refinery utilization rates fell by 0.5 percentage points to 96.4%.
The figures also showed that gasoline inventories decreased by 792,000 barrels to 226.3 million barrels, against expectations of a decline of 693,000 barrels.
As for distillate inventories, which include diesel and heating oil, they rose by 714,000 barrels to 113.7 million barrels, which is almost in line with expectations of an increase of 725,000 barrels.
