أصدر الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب اليوم، خطابات لـ6 دول بتعريفات جمركية تتراوح بين 25 و30% ويبدأ تطبيقها اعتباراً من 1 أغسطس 2025.
وبحسب ما نشره موقع «العربية.نت»، وفقاً لمصادر إخبارية، فإن ترمب أخطر كلاً من الجزائر وليبيا والعراق، بتطبيق رسوم جمركية بنسبة 30% على صادراتها إلى الولايات المتحدة، بينما وجه رسائل بتعريفات نسبتها 25% لكل من بروناي، ومولدوفا، والفلبين.
وبدأ الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب أخيراً، إبلاغ شركائه التجاريين، من كبار الموردين مثل اليابان وكوريا الجنوبية إلى الدول الصغيرة، بأن الرسوم الجمركية الأمريكية المرتفعة ستبدأ في أول أغسطس القادم.
وكان ترمب، قد أكد في وقت سابق أنّه لن يمدّد الموعد النهائي المحدّد في الأول من أغسطس القادم لبدء فرض رسوم جمركية أمريكية أعلى على عشرات الدول، غداة إظهاره ما بدا أنّها مؤشرات على مرونة بشأن هذا التاريخ.
وقال ترمب: «إنّ الولايات المتحدة ستبدأ في تحصيل رسوم جمركية على واردات من دول مختلفة في الأول من أغسطس القادم».
وأوضح ترمب في منشور على منصته «تروث سوشيل»، أنّه «لم يطرأ أي تغيير على هذا التاريخ، ولن يطرأ أي تغيير».
وكان ترمب قد صرّح في وقت متأخر أمس، أن الموعد الجديد لتطبيق الرسوم الجمركية، المحدد في الأول من أغسطس، «ليس نهائياً بنسبة 100%»، مضيفًا: «إذا تواصلوا معنا وأبدوا مواقف مختلفة، فسنكون منفتحين على ذلك»، وفقاً لتقرير نشرته شبكة «CNBC»، واطلعت عليه «العربية Business».
وجاءت تصريحاته بعد أن أرسل رسائل إلى عدد من الدول يعلن فيها فرض رسوم جمركية جديدة على وارداتها.

U.S. President Donald Trump today issued letters to 6 countries with tariffs ranging from 25% to 30%, set to take effect starting August 1, 2025.
According to what was published by the website "Al Arabiya.net," based on news sources, Trump informed Algeria, Libya, and Iraq that a 30% tariff would be applied to their exports to the United States, while he sent messages with a 25% tariff to Brunei, Moldova, and the Philippines.
President Donald Trump has recently begun notifying his trading partners, from major suppliers like Japan and South Korea to smaller countries, that the high U.S. tariffs will start on the first of August.
Trump had previously confirmed that he would not extend the deadline set for August 1 for the imposition of higher U.S. tariffs on dozens of countries, following indications that seemed to suggest flexibility regarding this date.
Trump stated: "The United States will begin collecting tariffs on imports from various countries on August 1."
He clarified in a post on his platform "Truth Social" that "there has been no change to this date, and there will be no change."
Trump had stated late yesterday that the new date for implementing the tariffs, set for August 1, "is not 100% final," adding: "If they reach out to us and express different positions, we will be open to that," according to a report published by CNBC, which was reviewed by Al Arabiya Business.
