كشفت رئاسة الجمهورية في مصر، تحقيق موازنة الدولة للعام المالي 2024/2025 فائضاً أولياً غير مسبوق بلغ 629 مليار جنيه أو 3.6% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي.
وأوضح بيان رئاسة الجمهورية على صفحتها الرسمية في «فيسبوك»، أن الفائض الأولي سجل زيادة سنوية بنسبة 80% مقارنة بالعام 2023/2024 الذي سجل 350 مليار جنيه.
وقال وزير المالية أحمد كجوك أثناء لقائه مع الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، ورئيس مجلس الوزراء مصطفى مدبولي: «إن هذا الأداء المالي المميز تحقق رغم تعرض الموازنة لصدمات خارجية مؤثرة، أبرزها الانخفاض الحاد في إيرادات قناة السويس بنسبة 60% عن المستهدف، مما تسبب في خسائر تُقدّر بنحو 145 مليار جنيه مقارنة بما كان مدرجاً في الموازنة العامة».
وأكد الوزير أن هذا الأداء المالي المميز جاء مصاحباً لتحسن كبير في كافة المؤشرات الاقتصادية وارتفاع كبير في حجم الاستثمارات الخاصة ونشاط التصنيع والتصدير.
وشهدت الإيرادات الضريبية نمواً بنسبة 35.3%، لتصل إلى 2.204 تريليون جنيه في العام المالي الماضي، مدفوعة بتوسيع القاعدة الضريبية، والتسويات الطوعية، والتحول الرقمي في المنظومة الضريبية، وفق البيان.
وبلغ عدد طلبات تسوية النزاعات الضريبية القديمة أكثر من 401 ألف طلب، فيما تم تقديم 650 ألف إقرار ضريبي طوعي، أسفرت عن تحصيل 77.9 مليار جنيه.

The Egyptian presidency revealed that the state budget for the fiscal year 2024/2025 achieved an unprecedented primary surplus of 629 billion pounds, or 3.6% of the gross domestic product.
The statement from the presidency on its official Facebook page indicated that the primary surplus recorded an annual increase of 80% compared to the year 2023/2024, which recorded 350 billion pounds.
Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk stated during his meeting with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly: "This remarkable financial performance was achieved despite the budget facing significant external shocks, the most notable of which was the sharp decline in Suez Canal revenues by 60% compared to the target, resulting in losses estimated at about 145 billion pounds compared to what was included in the general budget."
The minister confirmed that this remarkable financial performance was accompanied by significant improvements in all economic indicators and a substantial increase in the volume of private investments, manufacturing, and exports.
Tax revenues grew by 35.3%, reaching 2.204 trillion pounds in the past fiscal year, driven by the expansion of the tax base, voluntary settlements, and digital transformation in the tax system, according to the statement.
The number of requests for settling old tax disputes exceeded 401,000 requests, while 650,000 voluntary tax declarations were submitted, resulting in the collection of 77.9 billion pounds.
