دخل اسم المطرب المصري عمرو دياب في واقعة احتيال إلكتروني بالجزائر، بعدما انتشر إعلان عبر «إنستغرام» يزعم تنظيم حفل له في أحد المرافق الثقافية بالعاصمة قبل أن تتدخل السلطات وتنفي وجود أي فعالية من هذا النوع.
تحذير للمواطنين
وأكدت ولاية الجزائر في بيان نشرته عبر صفحتها الرسمية على منصة «فيسبوك» أن الحفل المتداول لم يحصل على أي ترخيص رسمي، محذرة الجمهور من الانسياق وراء الإعلان أو شراء التذاكر المعروضة من خلال الحساب المروج له.
وأشارت إلى أن الإعلان الوهمي يستهدف الحصول على بيانات المستخدمين المالية، مستغلاً اسم جهة رسمية لإضفاء المصداقية على عملية الاحتيال.
بلاغ للجهات القضائية
ولم تتوقف الإجراءات عند إصدار التحذير، إذ أعلنت الولاية تقدمها بشكوى رسمية إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة بسبب استخدام هويتها واسمها في الترويج للفعالية المزعومة.
حفل في الأردن
وفي الوقت الذي نفت السلطات الجزائرية إقامة الحفل، يواصل عمرو دياب جدول حفلاته ويلتقي جمهوره في الأردن خلال الفترة القادمة ضمن حفل معلن مسبقاً بمدينة العقبة، ويلتقي محبيه في منطقة «آيلة» يوم 18 سبتمبر القادم، بعد غياب عن الساحة الغنائية هناك استمر 4 أعوام منذ آخر حفلاته في الأردن 2022.
The name of the Egyptian singer Amr Diab has become involved in an electronic fraud incident in Algeria, after an advertisement spread via "Instagram" claiming to organize a concert for him at a cultural venue in the capital, before the authorities intervened to deny the existence of any such event.
Warning to Citizens
The Wilaya of Algiers confirmed in a statement published on its official page on the "Facebook" platform that the circulated concert did not obtain any official license, warning the public against falling for the advertisement or purchasing tickets offered through the promoting account.
It pointed out that the fake advertisement aims to obtain users' financial data, exploiting the name of an official entity to lend credibility to the fraudulent operation.
Report to Judicial Authorities
The measures did not stop at issuing the warning, as the Wilaya announced that it had filed an official complaint with the relevant judicial authorities due to the use of its identity and name in promoting the alleged event.
Concert in Jordan
While the Algerian authorities denied the holding of the concert, Amr Diab continues his concert schedule and will meet his audience in Jordan in the upcoming period as part of a previously announced concert in the city of Aqaba, where he will meet his fans in the "Ayla" area on September 18, after a four-year absence from the music scene there since his last concerts in Jordan in 2022.
