يشهد صيف 2026 حراكاً مسرحياً لافتاً، مع انضمام عدد من نجوم السينما والتلفزيون إلى خشبة المسرح للمرة الأولى، في موسم يجمع بين التجارب الجديدة وعودة أسماء معروفة، ويعكس تنامي الاهتمام بالعروض المسرحية الجماهيرية في المنطقة.
ويتصدر الفنان المصري محمد إمام قائمة الوافدين الجدد إلى المسرح، من خلال مسرحية «برنس العالم»، المقرر تقديمها ضمن فعاليات موسم الرياض، بمشاركة نخبة من الفنانين، وهي من تأليف مصطفى بسيط وإخراج نادر صلاح الدين، على أن تنطلق لاحقاً في جولة تشمل مصر وعدداً من الدول العربية.
كما تخوض الفنانة هنادي مهنا أولى تجاربها المسرحية، عبر مسرحية «خيال مريض»، إلى جانب هشام ماجد ومحمد عبدالرحمن «توتا»، في عمل كوميدي ينطلق عرضه في 7 يوليو بالقاهرة.
ومن أبرز مفاجآت الموسم، اجتماع دنيا وإيمي سمير غانم للمرة الأولى على خشبة المسرح، في عرض جديد يتولى إخراجه خالد جلال، ومن المقرر تقديمه بنهاية الصيف بعد استكمال التحضيرات.
وتبدأ الفنانة كارولين عزمي مشوارها المسرحي، من خلال مسرحية «الساحل الشرير» إلى جانب أشرف عبدالباقي، بمشاركة أحمد عبدالوهاب وكريم عفيفي وعدد من نجوم الكوميديا، على أن تُعرض يومي 9 و10 يوليو ضمن فعاليات موسم الساحل الشمالي.
The summer of 2026 witnesses a remarkable theatrical movement, with several cinema and television stars joining the stage for the first time, in a season that combines new experiences and the return of well-known names, reflecting the growing interest in popular theatrical performances in the region.
Leading the list of newcomers to the theater is the Egyptian artist Mohamed Imam, through the play "Prince of the World," which is set to be presented as part of the Riyadh Season, featuring a selection of artists. The play is written by Mostafa Basit and directed by Nader Salah El-Din, and it will later embark on a tour that includes Egypt and several Arab countries.
The artist Hanadi Mahanna is also taking her first steps in theater with the play "Sick Imagination," alongside Hisham Magdy and Mohamed Abdelrahman "Tota," in a comedy that will start showing on July 7 in Cairo.
One of the season's most notable surprises is the reunion of Donia and Amy Samir Ghanem on stage for the first time, in a new show directed by Khaled Galal, which is scheduled to be presented at the end of the summer after completing preparations.
Artist Caroline Azmy will begin her theatrical journey with the play "The Evil Coast," alongside Ashraf Abdel Baqi, featuring Ahmed Abdel Wahab, Karim Afifi, and several comedy stars, which will be shown on July 9 and 10 as part of the North Coast Season events.
