ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية القبض على مطرب المهرجانات إسلام كابونجا، على خلفية اتهامات تتعلق بالتحريض على ارتكاب الجرائم من خلال كلمات بعض أغانيه.
وجرى ضبط المتهم داخل شقته السكنية بشارع جامعة الدول العربية، بعد رصد محتوى غنائي منسوب إليه تضمن ألفاظاً وعبارات تحض على العنف و«البلطجة»، وتشجع على سلوكيات مخالفة للقانون.
وبحسب مصادر مطلعة، فإن عملية القبض جاءت عقب بلاغات تقدم بها عدد من المحامين في وقت سابق، طالبوا فيها باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاه المطرب، على خلفية ما اعتبروه إساءة للمجتمع وتحريضاً مباشراً على الجريمة.
وطالبت البلاغات بفحص عدد من أغاني إسلام كابونجا، بعد احتوائها على عبارات تشير إلى انتشار المخدرات، واستخدام القوة، بما يخالف القيم المجتمعية ويشكل خطراً على الشباب.
وتواصل الجهات المختصة فحص الأعمال الفنية المنسوبة للمتهم، تمهيداً لاتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات قانونية في ضوء نتائج التحقيقات.
The security forces arrested the festival singer Islam Kabonga, following accusations related to incitement to commit crimes through the lyrics of some of his songs.
The accused was apprehended inside his apartment on University of Arab Nations Street, after monitoring lyrical content attributed to him that included words and phrases inciting violence and "thuggery," and encouraging behaviors that violate the law.
According to informed sources, the arrest came after complaints were filed by several lawyers earlier, in which they demanded the necessary legal actions against the singer, based on what they considered an offense to society and direct incitement to crime.
The complaints called for an examination of several songs by Islam Kabonga, after they contained phrases indicating the spread of drugs and the use of force, which contradict societal values and pose a danger to youth.
The relevant authorities continue to examine the artistic works attributed to the accused, in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions based on the results of the investigations.
