بحضور نخبة من الكتاب والإعلاميين والمهتمين بالحراك الثقافي، دشنت الكاتبة والإعلامية الدكتورة أمل حمدان إصدارها الوطني الجديد حراك وأثر في ظل عراب الرؤية محمد بن سلمان، ضمن فعاليات ركن المؤلف السعودي في معرض الرياض الدولي للكتاب 2025 المقام بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن.
ويوثق الكتاب مسيرة التحول الوطني في ظل رؤية 2030، مسلطاً الضوء على الحراك الإعلامي، وتمكين المرأة، والنقلة النوعية في مختلف القطاعات، من خلال مقالات ورصد ميداني كتبتها المؤلفة من قلب الحدث.
وأعربت أمل حمدان عن فخرها بتدشين الكتاب في هذا المحفل الثقافي الكبير، مؤكدة أن العمل يجسد صوت المرأة الإعلامية السعودية في توثيق الحراك التنموي ونقله للأجيال القادمة امتداد لإصدارها السابق بصمة أمل.
وشهد ركن التوقيع حضوراً لافتاً وتفاعلاً واسعاً من الزوار والمثقفين الذين أشادوا بمضامين الكتاب الوطنية الملهمة، وتبادلوا مع الكاتبة الأحاديث حول أهمية التوثيق الإعلامي لدعم التحول الثقافي والاجتماعي الذي تشهده المملكة.
وأكدت الدكتورة أمل حمدان ل«عكاظ» عزمها ترجمة الكتاب إلى اللغتين الصينية والإنجليزية؛ بهدف نقل التجربة السعودية إلى العالم، مشيرة إلى أن الترجمة ليست مجرد نقل نصوص بل رسالة تتجاوز الحدود لتعريف العالم برؤية المملكة وإنجازاتها الكبرى.
واختتمت فعالية التدشين بتوقيع أمل حمدان نسخاً من كتابها للحضور والتقاط الصور التذكارية، وسط أجواء احتفائية عكست مكانة الكلمة والإبداع في المشهد الثقافي السعودي.
يذكر أن الكتاب سيعرض لاحقاً في معارض عربية ودولية، ضمن خطة المؤلفة للتوسع الثقافي الخارجي.
In the presence of a select group of writers, media professionals, and those interested in cultural movements, writer and media figure Dr. Amal Hamdan launched her new national publication "Movement and Impact" under the patronage of the visionary leader Mohammed bin Salman, as part of the Saudi Author Corner activities at the Riyadh International Book Fair 2025 held at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
The book documents the journey of national transformation under Vision 2030, highlighting media movements, women's empowerment, and the qualitative leap in various sectors, through articles and field observations written by the author from the heart of the events.
Amal Hamdan expressed her pride in launching the book at this grand cultural event, affirming that the work embodies the voice of the Saudi female media figure in documenting developmental movements and passing them on to future generations, extending from her previous publication "A Touch of Hope."
The signing corner witnessed a remarkable turnout and wide interaction from visitors and intellectuals who praised the inspiring national themes of the book, exchanging conversations with the author about the importance of media documentation to support the cultural and social transformation taking place in the Kingdom.
Dr. Amal Hamdan confirmed to "Okaz" her intention to translate the book into Chinese and English; aiming to convey the Saudi experience to the world, noting that translation is not just about transferring texts but a message that transcends borders to introduce the world to the Kingdom's vision and major achievements.
The launch event concluded with Amal Hamdan signing copies of her book for attendees and taking commemorative photos, amidst a celebratory atmosphere that reflected the significance of words and creativity in the Saudi cultural scene.
It is worth mentioning that the book will be showcased later at Arab and international fairs, as part of the author's plan for cultural expansion abroad.
