استعانت الحلقة الثامنة من مسلسل «سندس 3» بالفنان السعودي خالد صقر، الذي ظهر بشخصيته الحقيقية ضمن خط كوميدي، تتحول فيه «سندس» إلى معجبة منشغلة بحضوره، بعدما يصل للبحث عن شقة في مشروع سكني انتهى تسليمه.
ومنح الظهور الحلقة مساحة خفيفة، مستثمراً شهرة صقر وعلاقته بالفنانة إلهام علي في الواقع، عبر مفارقة تذكّر فيها نوف شقيقتها بأنه متزوج، فيما تواصل سندس استرسالها في عالمها المتخيّل.
ويضع هذا النوع من الاستضافات العمل أمام سؤال فني حول قيمة ظهور النجم: هل يخدم الحكاية، أم يتحول إلى وسيلة عابرة لجذب الانتباه؟ فالحلقة حملت مسارات أكثر اتصالاً بالبناء الدرامي، بينها انتقال عبدالرحمن إلى مشروع منزلي للطهي، واقتراب بدر من طريق السرقة، وتحسن علاقة ريما وراشد.
وبين هذه الخطوط، بدا حضور صقر أقرب إلى استراحة كوميدية منه إلى تحول مؤثر. وتبقى قيمة الاستضافة مرتبطة بقدرتها على تجاوز عنصر المفاجأة؛ إذ تجذب شهرة الضيف المشاهد مؤقتاً، بينما يمنحه السياق الدرامي سبباً للبقاء في ذاكرة العمل، ويحول حضوره من لقطة ترويجية إلى إضافة فنية محسوبة.
The eighth episode of the series "Sundus 3" featured Saudi artist Khalid Saqar, who appeared as himself in a comedic storyline, where "Sundus" becomes an obsessed fan preoccupied with his presence, after he arrives to look for an apartment in a housing project that has just been completed.
This appearance gave the episode a light-hearted touch, leveraging Saqar's fame and his real-life relationship with artist Ilham Ali, through a humorous moment where Nawaf reminds her sister that he is married, while Sundus continues to indulge in her imagined world.
This type of guest appearance raises an artistic question about the value of a star's presence: Does it serve the story, or does it become a fleeting means to attract attention? The episode contained more plotlines connected to the dramatic structure, including Abdulrahman's transition to a home cooking project, Badr's approach to a path of theft, and the improvement of Reema and Rashid's relationship.
Amid these storylines, Saqar's presence seemed more like a comedic interlude than a significant transformation.
