أيدت محكمة مصرية الحكم الصادر بإلزام مطرب المهرجانات حسن شاكوش بسداد 300 ألف جنيه نفقة لصالح طليقته ريم طارق، في أحدث تطورات النزاع القضائي المتواصل بين الطرفين، ليصبح الحكم واجب التنفيذ بعد تأييد المحكمة للحكم الابتدائي.
تأكيد الحكم
وأوضح محامي ريم طارق، ياسر قنطوش، في بيان، أن المحكمة أيدت الحكم الصادر لصالح موكلته، مؤكداً أن حسن شاكوش أصبح ملزماً بسداد قيمة النفقة، لينضم هذا الحكم إلى سلسلة من الأحكام الصادرة في القضايا المتبادلة بين الطرفين.
أحكام سابقة
وسبق أن نفذ حسن شاكوش حكماً نهائياً آخر، قضى بسداد 950 ألف جنيه قيمة نفقة العدة والمتعة لطليقته، وذلك بعد اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية شملت الحجز على حساباته البنكية وبعض ممتلكاته، قبل إتمام سداد المبلغ بالكامل.
نشاط فني
وعلى الصعيد الفني، أحيا حسن شاكوش أخيراً، أولى حفلاته ضمن فعاليات مهرجان «موازين 2026» في المغرب، وسط حضور جماهيري كبير، وظهر خلال الحفل واضعاً العلم المغربي على كتفيه، كما وجه الشكر إلى الملك محمد السادس وإدارة المهرجان، معرباً عن سعادته بالمشاركة في أحد أبرز المهرجانات الفنية في العالم العربي.
An Egyptian court upheld the ruling requiring festival singer Hassan Shakosh to pay 300,000 Egyptian pounds in alimony to his ex-wife, Reem Tarek, in the latest developments of the ongoing legal dispute between the two parties, making the ruling enforceable after the court confirmed the initial judgment.
Confirmation of the Ruling
Reem Tarek's lawyer, Yasser Qantosh, stated in a statement that the court upheld the ruling issued in favor of his client, confirming that Hassan Shakosh is now obligated to pay the alimony, adding this ruling to a series of judgments issued in the mutual cases between the two parties.
Previous Rulings
Hassan Shakosh had previously executed another final ruling, which mandated him to pay 950,000 Egyptian pounds as alimony for the waiting period and enjoyment to his ex-wife, after taking legal measures that included seizing his bank accounts and some of his properties, before completing the full payment of the amount.
Artistic Activity
On the artistic front, Hassan Shakosh recently held his first concert as part of the "Mawazine 2026" festival in Morocco, amidst a large audience, and appeared during the concert with the Moroccan flag draped over his shoulders. He also expressed his gratitude to King Mohammed VI and the festival management, expressing his happiness to participate in one of the most prominent artistic festivals in the Arab world.
