نشر المنتج المصري عادل الخيال مقطع فيديو عبر صفحة الفنانة حورية فرغلي على «فيسبوك»، كشف من خلاله الأسباب التي دعته للاستيلاء على حساباتها في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، موضحاً تفاصيل أزمته معها، مؤكداً أنه لجأ إلى الإجراءات القانونية ضدها بسبب خلافات مالية بينهما تعود لسنوات عدة.
نزاع مالي
وقال الخيال في الفيديو: «تفاجأت بالوصول إلى حسابات الفنانة على «فيسبوك»، واستخدمتها في بث مباشر».
وأضاف: «ترجّعيلي فلوسي أرجّعلك حسابك»، في إشارة إلى وجود نزاع مالي بينهما.
وأوضح الخيال أن تعاونه مع حورية فرغلي بدأ منذ سنوات عبر مشاريع فنية وإنتاجية، منها برامج ومسرحيات وأعمال مختلفة، مشيراً إلى تكفّله بتجهيزات إنتاجية كاملة من تصوير وحجوزات وإدارة أعمال، إلى جانب تطوير صفحاتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
نسبة مستحقة
وذكر بأن الاتفاق بينهما كان يقضي بالحصول على نسبة من الأموال، إلا أنه لم يحصل على مستحقاته المالية منذ نحو 3 سنوات، مؤكداً أن المبالغ المالية المتنازع عليها تراكمت خلال تلك الفترة، مشيراً إلى تقدّمه ببلاغات رسمية واتخاذ إجراءات قانونية، مبيناً امتلاكه مستندات وعقوداً ووثائق تدعم موقفه.
واختتم عادل الخيال بالتأكيد أن ما بينه وبين حورية فرغلي خلافات مالية فقط، وأن الفصل فيها سيكون عبر القانون، بعيداً من مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
The Egyptian producer Adel Al-Khayal published a video on the page of the artist Horia Farghaly on "Facebook," in which he revealed the reasons that led him to take over her accounts on social media, explaining the details of his crisis with her, and confirming that he resorted to legal actions against her due to financial disputes between them that date back several years.
Financial Dispute
Al-Khayal said in the video: "I was surprised to access the artist's accounts on 'Facebook,' and I used them for a live broadcast."
He added: "Return my money, and I will return your account," referring to the existence of a financial dispute between them.
Al-Khayal explained that his collaboration with Horia Farghaly began years ago through artistic and production projects, including programs, plays, and various works, noting that he took care of complete production arrangements including filming, bookings, and management, in addition to developing her pages on social media.
Due Percentage
He mentioned that the agreement between them stipulated that he would receive a percentage of the funds, but he has not received his financial dues for about 3 years, confirming that the disputed amounts have accumulated during that period, indicating that he has filed official complaints and taken legal actions, stating that he possesses documents, contracts, and papers that support his position.
Adel Al-Khayal concluded by affirming that what exists between him and Horia Farghaly are only financial disputes, and that the resolution will be through the law, away from social media.
