أصدرت المحكمة الصغرى الجنائية في مملكة البحرين حكماً ببراءة الفنانة هند البحرينية من الدعوى التي رفعتها عليها شاعره اتهمت من خلالها هند بتسجيل ثلاث أغنيات من كلماتها دون سداد المقابل المالي، ودانت المحكمة شاهد قدّم شهادة زور، وقضت بسجنه عاماً مع النفاذ، وإبعاده نهائياً عن البلاد، مع منح هند حق المطالبة بتعويض يصل إلى 20 ألف دينار بحريني عن الأضرار التي لحقت بها.

وعقب صدور الحكم، نشرت هند البحرينية عبر حسابها الرسمي على منصة «إنستغرام» صورة لمبنى وزارة العدل البحرينية، مؤكدة أن الظلم محرّم، وأن دعوة المظلوم مستجابة، كما عبّرت عن امتنانها للقضاء في مملكة البحرين، في رسالة اعتبرها متابعون إشارة واضحة إلى طي صفحة الأزمة القانونية التي رافقتها خلال الفترة الماضية.
وتصدّر وسم «هند البحرينية» منصة «إكس» في البحرين وعدد من دول الخليج، إذ تفاعل الجمهور مع الحكم، مؤكدين أن الفنانة خرجت منتصرة بعد سنوات من الجدل، وأشاد متابعون بثباتها خلال الأزمة، فيما رأى آخرون أن الحكم أعاد الاعتبار لمسيرتها الفنية، معربين عن دعمهم لها وتمنياتهم بمرحلة جديدة بعيدة عن النزاعات القانونية.
قضية وشهادة زور
وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى الدعوى التي رفعتها شاعرة، أتهمت من خلالها هند البحرينية بتسجيل ثلاث أغنيات من كلماتها دون سداد مقابل مالي يُقدّر بـ 6 آلاف دينار بحريني، مستندة في ذلك إلى شهادة شخص زعم أنه مدير أعمال الملحن، وأفاد بأن الحقوق تعود للشاعرة.
غير أن الفنانة طعنت في هذه الشهادة، واستدعت الملحن الحقيقي، الذي نفى بشكل قاطع معرفته بالشاهد أو تكليفه بأي مهمة، ما كشف أن الشهادة مزورة، وأنها استُخدمت في محاولة لابتزاز الفنانة مالياً.
The Minor Criminal Court in the Kingdom of Bahrain issued a ruling acquitting the Bahraini artist Hind from the lawsuit filed against her by a poetess who accused Hind of recording three songs with her lyrics without paying the financial compensation. The court convicted a witness who provided false testimony, sentencing him to one year in prison with immediate effect and permanently expelling him from the country, while granting Hind the right to claim compensation of up to 20,000 Bahraini Dinars for the damages she incurred.

She also expressed her gratitude to the judiciary in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in a message that followers considered a clear indication of closing the chapter on the legal crisis that accompanied her during the past period.
The hashtag "Hind the Bahraini" topped the "X" platform in Bahrain and several Gulf countries, as the audience reacted to the ruling, confirming that the artist emerged victorious after years of controversy. Followers praised her resilience during the crisis, while others felt that the ruling restored dignity to her artistic career, expressing their support for her and their wishes for a new phase free from legal disputes.
Case and False Testimony
The details of the case date back to the lawsuit filed by a poetess, who accused Hind the Bahraini of recording three songs with her lyrics without paying a financial compensation estimated at 6,000 Bahraini Dinars, relying on the testimony of a person who claimed to be the manager of the composer, stating that the rights belong to the poetess.
However, the artist challenged this testimony and summoned the real composer, who categorically denied knowing the witness or assigning him any task, revealing that the testimony was forged and that it was used in an attempt to financially extort the artist.
