انتقدت شعبة المصورين الصحفيين الممارسات التي حدثت في عزاء الفنانة الراحلة سمية الألفي، ونتج على إثرها مشادات بين نجلها الفنان أحمد الفيشاوي وبعض الموجودين.
مخالفة القواعد المهنية
وأعربت شعبة المصورين، في بيان أصدرته، عن إدانتها لما قام به أحد المصورين خلال عزاء والدة الفنان أحمد الفيشاوي، من توجيه الهاتف المحمول والتصوير عن قرب وفي لحظة حزن إنساني خاصة، في تصرف يخالف أبسط القواعد المهنية والأخلاقية للعمل الصحفي.
وأضافت: «تؤكد الشعبة أن تغطية العزاء والجنائز تخضع لقواعد واضحة ومحددة، توازن بين حق التغطية الإعلامية واحترام الخصوصية والمشاعر الإنسانية، وأن أي خروج عن هذه القواعد يُعد مرفوضاً جملة وتفصيلاً».
حشرات السوشيال ميديا
من جانبه، دافع السيناريست محمد صلاح العزب عن الفنان أحمد الفيشاوي، بعد الجدل المثار حول رد فعله تجاه أحد الأشخاص بعدما قام بتصويره في عزاء والدته الفنانة سمية الألفي.
وقال العزب عبر «فيسبوك»: «أحمد وعمر الفيشاوي أطيب خلق الله، لسه محتفظين بروح طفولة مطلقة، اللي حصل من أنطاع السوشيال ميديا بتوع الصفحات والمشاهدات يتكتب فيه مجلدات شتايم، وانفعال أحمد مرتين تلاتة يتسم بمنتهى الهدوء وضبط النفس».
وأضاف مؤلف فيلم «السفاح» الذي يقوم ببطولته أحمد الفيشاوي: «لازم يكون في وقفة من كل الجهات للقضاء على حشرات السوشيال ميديا اللي بينتهكوا أصعب اللحظات، ومحدش يخلط بين الصحافة والصحفيين والأنطاع دول بأي شكل من الأشكال».
The Journalists' Photographers Division criticized the practices that occurred during the mourning of the late artist Somaya El Alfy, which resulted in altercations between her son, the artist Ahmed El Fishawy, and some attendees.
Violation of Professional Standards
The Photographers' Division expressed, in a statement it issued, its condemnation of what one photographer did during the mourning of Ahmed El Fishawy's mother, by directing a mobile phone and taking close-up photos at a moment of profound human sorrow, in an act that violates the most basic professional and ethical standards of journalistic work.
It added: "The division confirms that covering funerals and mourning events is subject to clear and specific rules that balance the right to media coverage with respect for privacy and human emotions, and that any deviation from these rules is completely unacceptable."
Social Media Pests
For his part, screenwriter Mohamed Salah El Azab defended Ahmed El Fishawy after the controversy surrounding his reaction to someone who filmed him at his mother Somaya El Alfy's funeral.
El Azab said on Facebook: "Ahmed and Omar El Fishawy are the kindest of God's creations, still retaining an absolute childhood spirit. What happened from the pests of social media, those who are obsessed with likes and views, could fill volumes of insults, and Ahmed's reactions, two or three times, were characterized by utmost calm and self-control."
He added, the writer of the film "The Butcher," which stars Ahmed El Fishawy: "There must be a stand from all parties to eliminate the pests of social media who violate the most difficult moments, and no one should confuse journalism and journalists with these pests in any way."
