تقدمت الفنانة التونسية فريال يوسف ببلاغ رسمي ضد الفنانة المصرية نادية الجندي، تتهمها فيه بالسب والقذف والتشهير، على خلفية خلافات سابقة بينهما.
وأكدت فريال في بلاغها المقدم أن تصريحات نادية الجندي أضرت بسمعتها المهنية والشخصية، مطالبة بتحقيق قانوني عاجل.
اتهامات متبادلة
وأوضحت فريال يوسف أن بدأ الخلاف بعد تصريحات إعلامية تحدثت فيها عن مسلسلها «أسرار» ومستحقاتها المالية، حيث قالت إنها لم تحصل على كامل أجرها من العمل، مما أثار الجدل حول تعامل شركات الإنتاج معها.
تصريحات نارية
وردت نادية الجندي على تصريحات فريال يوسف بوصفها بأنها ممثلة فاشلة أرادت التسلق على نجوميتها، وهو ما دفع فريال لتقديم البلاغ وإثبات الضرر النفسي والمادي الواقع عليها.
إجراءات قانونية
و قدم محامي فريال يوسف، أدلة تشمل تسجيلات تلفزيونية تثبت التصريحات المسيئة، بالإضافة إلى تقرير من الإدارة العامة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات يؤكد صحة الواقعة.
وأحال النائب العام البلاغ إلى نيابة التجمع الخامس للتحقيق تحت رقم 82 لسنة 2025 جنح اقتصادية، ومن المتوقع استدعاء نادية الجندي لسماع أقوالها واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
Tunisian artist Feryal Youssef has filed an official complaint against Egyptian artist Nadia El Gendy, accusing her of defamation, slander, and public insult, stemming from previous disputes between them.
Feryal confirmed in her complaint that Nadia El Gendy's statements harmed her professional and personal reputation, calling for an urgent legal investigation.
Mutual Accusations
Feryal Youssef explained that the dispute began after media statements in which she talked about her series "Asrar" and her financial entitlements, stating that she had not received her full payment for the work, which sparked controversy regarding how production companies dealt with her.
Fiery Statements
Nadia El Gendy responded to Feryal Youssef's statements by describing her as a failed actress who wanted to climb on her stardom, which prompted Feryal to file the complaint and prove the psychological and material damage inflicted upon her.
Legal Actions
Feryal Youssef's lawyer presented evidence including television recordings that prove the offensive statements, in addition to a report from the General Administration of Information Technology confirming the validity of the incident.
The Public Prosecutor referred the complaint to the Fifth Settlement Prosecution for investigation under number 82 of the year 2025, Economic Misdemeanors, and Nadia El Gendy is expected to be summoned to hear her statements and take the necessary legal actions.
