أعلنت الفنانة المصرية حورية فرغلي، القبض على المتهمين بسرقة حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مؤكدة تمسكها بحقها القانوني وعدم التنازل عن المتهمين بعد أن فقدت مجهود سنواتٍ من عملها.
وقالت في تصريحات إعلامية: «أنا مش مسامحة اللي سرقوني، وهكمل في الإجراءات القانونية ومش هتصالح معاهم حتى لو عرضوا، لأن تعب 15 سنة راح في الأرض».
وأضافت: «بشكر كل جهات التحقيق على المجهود الكبير اللي بذلوه في الفترة الماضية، وإن شاء الله قريب جدًا كل منصات وحساباتي على السوشيال ميديا هترجع لي».
وأشارت فرغلي، إلى إعلانها سابقاً عزمها مقاضاة الأشخاص الذين استولوا على حساباتها، قائلة: «بقالي 6 سنوات حساباتي على السوشيال ميديا مسروقة، وفي الفترة الأخيرة اتخذت الإجراءات القانونية ضد الأشخاص اللي سرقوا حساباتي، أنا مديّة فرصة لحد آخر الشهر، ولو مفيش جديد، هبدأ من الأول وهعلن عن حسابات جديدة بشكل رسمي».
وأكدت الفنانة أن الحسابات المزيفة تسببت في إساءةٍ لجمهورها من خلال نشر محتوى لا يعبر عنها، ما دفعها إلى التحرك القانوني لحماية اسمها وصورتها العامة من المنتحلين الذين سرقوا حساباتها وانتحلوا هويتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
The Egyptian artist Horia Farghaly announced the arrest of those accused of stealing her accounts on social media, affirming her insistence on her legal rights and her refusal to settle with the accused after losing years of her hard work.
She stated in media remarks: "I will not forgive those who stole from me, and I will continue with the legal procedures and will not reconcile with them even if they offer, because 15 years of effort have gone to waste."
She added: "I thank all the investigative authorities for the great effort they have made in the past period, and God willing, very soon all my platforms and accounts on social media will be returned to me."
Farghaly pointed out that she had previously announced her intention to sue the individuals who took over her accounts, saying: "My social media accounts have been stolen for 6 years, and recently I have taken legal action against the people who stole my accounts. I have given them a deadline until the end of the month, and if there is no update, I will start from scratch and announce new accounts officially."
The artist confirmed that the fake accounts have caused harm to her audience by publishing content that does not represent her, which prompted her to take legal action to protect her name and public image from the impersonators who stole her accounts and assumed her identity on social media.
