شهدت قضية الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر تطورًا لافتًا أعاد اسمه إلى الواجهة من جديد، بعدما أوصت الهيئة الاتهامية اللبنانية بإسقاط عدد من التهم التي لاحقته لسنوات، عقب مراجعة قانونية دقيقة شملت جميع الملفات المرتبطة بمسيرته القضائية المعقدة.
وبحسب مصادر قضائية، فإن الهيئة عقدت جلسات مطوّلة درست خلالها تفاصيل القضايا المحيطة بالفنان، وانتهت إلى إسقاط تهمتين رئيسيتين هما: «الإساءة إلى دولة شقيقة» و«تبييض الأموال وتمويل جماعات إرهابية»، مستندة في ذلك إلى غياب الأدلة الكافية وتغيّر الظروف القانونية والسياسية التي كانت تشكّل أساس تلك الاتهامات سابقًا.
وأوضحت المداولات أن تهمة الإساءة إلى دولة شقيقة لم تعد قائمة من الناحية القانونية، نتيجة تغيّر الموقف الرسمي لتلك الدولة خلال السنوات الأخيرة، ما جعل الجرم المنسوب غير ذي محل. أما فيما يخص تمويل الجماعات الإرهابية، فقد رأت الهيئة أن التحقيقات لم تثبت أي تعاملات مالية غير مشروعة للفنان، ما دفعها إلى التوصية بإسقاط التهمة لعدم كفاية الأدلة.
ويرجّح أن يشكّل الحكم المنتظر نقطة تحول في المسار القضائي للفنان، إذ قد يفتح أمامه الطريق مجددًا نحو عودة فنية طال انتظارها بعد سنوات من الملاحقات والجدل.
وفي سياق موازٍ، كشفت مصادر فنية أن الفنان فضل شاكر يستعد لإطلاق أغنية جديدة بعنوان «قمري»، تم تسجيلها قبل تسليمه نفسه للسلطات اللبنانية، في خطوة وُصفت بأنها «رسالة حسن نية» تؤكد رغبته في العودة إلى الفن والحياة الطبيعية.

According to judicial sources, the authority held lengthy sessions during which it studied the details of the cases surrounding the artist, ultimately concluding to drop two main charges: "insulting a sisterly state" and "money laundering and financing terrorist groups," based on the lack of sufficient evidence and the changing legal and political circumstances that previously formed the basis for those accusations.
The deliberations clarified that the charge of insulting a sisterly state is no longer valid from a legal standpoint, due to the change in the official position of that state in recent years, which rendered the attributed crime irrelevant. As for financing terrorist groups, the authority found that investigations did not prove any illegal financial dealings by the artist, prompting them to recommend dropping the charge due to insufficient evidence.
The anticipated ruling is likely to represent a turning point in the artist's judicial path, as it may reopen the door for him to a long-awaited artistic return after years of pursuit and controversy.
In a parallel context, artistic sources revealed that artist Fadl Shaker is preparing to release a new song titled "Qamari," which was recorded before he surrendered himself to the Lebanese authorities, in a move described as a "gesture of goodwill" affirming his desire to return to art and a normal life.
