ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية القبض على مطرب المهرجانات حمو بيكا داخل محكمة جنوب القاهرة، عقب صدور حكم نهائي بحبسه 3 أشهر في قضية حيازة سلاح أبيض، تمهيدًا لترحيله إلى قسم شرطة قصر النيل.

كانت محكمة جنح مستأنف قصر النيل قد نظرت استئناف حمو بيكا على الحكم الصادر ضده بالحبس عامًا وتغريمه 500 جنيه، لتصدر حكمها الجديد بتخفيف العقوبة والاكتفاء بحبسه 3 أشهر فقط.
مرافعة الدفاع
خلال جلسة الاستئناف، قدم المحامي وليد البنا دفاعه عن المتهم، مطالبًا ببراءته، وأوضح أن الاستيقاف الذي تعرض له موكله يفتقر إلى السند القانوني، وأن إجراءات القبض والتفتيش باطلة لغياب حالة التلبس، معتبرًا أن مأمور الضبط تجاوز حدود صلاحياته المقررة قانونًا.
الإجراءات الأمنية
عقب النطق بالحكم، تحفظت قوات الأمن على المتهم داخل المحكمة، قبل أن يتم ترحيله إلى قسم شرطة قصر النيل لاستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة.
حبس حمو بيكا
وفي فبراير الماضي، أصدرت نيابة قصر النيل قرارًا بإخلاء سبيل مطرب المهرجانات حمو بيكا بضمان محل إقامته، وذلك بعد التحقيق معه على خلفية تنظيم حفل غنائي دون تصريح.
واجه بيكا لاحقًا حكمًا بالحبس على خلفية بلاغ تقدمت به نقابة المهن الموسيقية، اتهمته فيه بإقامة حفل بعنوان «وش غضب» في منطقة البيطاش بالإسكندرية عام 2021 دون ترخيص، وهو ما ترتب عليه صدور حكم قضائي نهائي بحبسه واجب النفاذ.
The security forces arrested the festival singer Hamo Bika inside the South Cairo Court, following a final ruling sentencing him to 3 months in prison for possession of a white weapon, in preparation for his transfer to the Qasr Al-Nil police station.
Details of the Ruling
The Qasr Al-Nil Misdemeanor Appeals Court had considered Hamo Bika's appeal against the ruling issued against him, which sentenced him to one year in prison and fined him 500 Egyptian pounds, issuing its new ruling to reduce the penalty to only 3 months in prison.
Defense Argument
During the appeal session, lawyer Walid Al-Banna presented his defense for the accused, demanding his acquittal. He clarified that the stop-and-search that his client was subjected to lacked legal basis, and that the arrest and search procedures were invalid due to the absence of a flagrant offense, considering that the officer exceeded his legally prescribed powers.
Security Procedures
After the ruling was pronounced, the security forces detained the accused inside the court before transferring him to the Qasr Al-Nil police station to complete the necessary procedures.
Hamo Bika's Imprisonment
Last February, the Qasr Al-Nil Prosecution issued a decision to release festival singer Hamo Bika on bail based on his residence, after investigating him for organizing a concert without a permit.
Bika later faced a prison sentence following a complaint filed by the Musicians' Syndicate, which accused him of holding a concert titled "Wesh Ghadab" in the Beitash area of Alexandria in 2021 without a license, which resulted in a final judicial ruling mandating his imprisonment.
