أكدت الفنانة السورية أصالة أنها لم تجد أي مبرر لتصريحات الفنانة اللبنانية مايا دياب الأخيرة عليها، التي انتقدتها فيها بشكل مسيء وسخرت منها، ما أشعل الخلاف بينهما.
وردت أصالة على تصريحات مايا دياب، خلال مؤتمر صحفي أُقيم في لبنان، موضحة أنها تعجبت من تصريحات مايا خصوصاً أنهما تجمعهما علاقة طيبة على مدار سنوات.
وأضافت أصالة: «استغربت كتير اللي قالته، وفكرت اللي قالته ذكاء اصطناعي، قلت مستحيل تكون بتقول هذا الشيء، حتى مش منطقي، وافتكرت حد متبلي عليها، وبعدين قالولي إنه حقيقة، واستغربت لأنه مفيش بينا إلا كل الأيام الطيبة، وهي معملتش غير كل شيء حلو وأنا كذلك».
وتابعت أصالة: «تربطنا علاقة صداقة من 5 سنين، تعرفت على الست مايا دياب عن طريق صديق مشترك نيكولا جبران، وهي مقربة جداً منه وهو كمان قريب مني، وكان كل ذكرياتنا حلوة، كل أوقاتنا كانت لطيفة وأحلى ذكريات وأيام».
وكانت وجهت مايا دياب، أخيراً، انتقادات قاسية لـ«أصالة» عبر تصريحات لبرنامج ET بالعربي بلهجة هجومية قائلة: «أصالة فنانة ينقصها الوفاء، والأفضل أن تغلق فمها»، مضيفة في سخرية باللغة الإنجليزية: «She Zip It»، قبل أن تستطرد: «إذا بدكن تفسروا لها بالعربي لأنها ما راح تفهم».
The Syrian artist Assala confirmed that she found no justification for the recent statements made by the Lebanese artist Maya Diab against her, in which she criticized her in an offensive manner and mocked her, igniting the dispute between them.
Assala responded to Maya Diab's statements during a press conference held in Lebanon, explaining that she was surprised by Maya's comments, especially since they have maintained a good relationship over the years.
Assala added: "I was very surprised by what she said, and I thought what she said was artificial intelligence; I said it’s impossible for her to say such a thing, it’s not even logical, and I thought someone was plotting against me, and then they told me it was true. I was surprised because we only have good days together, and she has only done wonderful things, and so have I."
She continued: "We have had a friendship for 5 years; I got to know Ms. Maya Diab through a mutual friend, Nicola Jebran, and she is very close to him, and he is also close to me. All our memories have been sweet, all our times were pleasant, and the best memories and days."
Recently, Maya Diab directed harsh criticisms towards "Assala" through statements to the program ET بالعربي in an aggressive tone, saying: "Assala is an artist who lacks loyalty, and it’s better for her to shut her mouth," adding sarcastically in English: "She Zip It," before continuing: "If you want to explain it to her in Arabic because she won’t understand."
