أعلنت مؤسسة البحر الأحمر السينمائي عن أعضاء لجنة التحكيم النسخة الخامسة من تحدّي صناعة الأفلام خلال 48 ساعة وهم: الإعلامي والممثل السعودي ياسر السقّاف، والممثلة والمخرجة اللبنانية كارمن بصيبص، والمخرج والممثل المغربي-الفرنسي أيوب ليوسفي، وعُرفوا بإسهاماتهم المتنوعة في السينما والتلفزيون العربي والعالمي.
يحظى الثلاثي بخبرة فنية وإعلامية تمتد لسنوات في دعم المحتوى الإبداعي العربي والسعودي، إذ يُعد ياسر السقّاف من أبرز الوجوه السعودية في تقديم البرامج وصناعة الأفلام، ويمتلك تجربة ثرية في رعاية المواهب الشابة والمشاركة في مبادرات لتمكينها.
بينما تُعد كارمن بصيبص ممثلة ومخرجة لبنانية قدّمت حضورا بارزا في عدد من الأعمال السينمائية والتلفزيونية في العالم العربي، وبدأت تبرز أخيرا في مجال الإخراج من خلال مشاريع فنية تحمل رؤى بصرية مميزة.
في حين قدّم المخرج والممُثّل المغربي-الفرنسي أيوب ليوسفي أعمالا سينمائية حصدت عددا من الجوائز، من ضمنها الفيلم القصير «تيكيتا»، وفيلم «قل لي يا محمد»، إضافة إلى الفيلم القصير «شيخة»، الذي تم اختياره للمنافسة في مسابقة الأفلام القصيرة بمهرجان البحر الأحمر السينمائي 2024.
يذكر أن النسخة الخامسة من تحدّي صناعة الأفلام خلال 48 ساعة تُعد امتدادا لمبادرة سنوية رسّخت مكانتها كإحدى أبرز منصات اكتشاف المواهب السينمائية في المملكة، فمنذ انطلاق التحدّي، استضافت المبادرة عشرات الشباب من صنّاع الأفلام الصاعدين، وأسهم في صقل مهاراتهم وتوجيههم نحو مسارات مهنية مثمرة.
The Red Sea Film Foundation announced the members of the jury for the fifth edition of the 48-Hour Film Challenge, which includes: Saudi media personality and actor Yasser Al-Saqaf, Lebanese actress and director Carmen Bsaibes, and Moroccan-French director and actor Ayoub Lyoubi. They are known for their diverse contributions to Arab and global cinema and television.
The trio has extensive artistic and media experience spanning years in supporting Arab and Saudi creative content. Yasser Al-Saqaf is considered one of the most prominent Saudi faces in program presentation and filmmaking, possessing a rich experience in nurturing young talents and participating in initiatives to empower them.
Meanwhile, Carmen Bsaibes is a Lebanese actress and director who has made a notable presence in several cinematic and television works in the Arab world, and she has recently begun to stand out in the field of directing through artistic projects that carry distinctive visual visions.
On the other hand, Moroccan-French director and actor Ayoub Lyoubi has presented cinematic works that have won several awards, including the short film "Tikita," and the film "Tell Me, O Muhammad," in addition to the short film "Sheikha," which was selected to compete in the short film competition at the 2024 Red Sea Film Festival.
It is worth mentioning that the fifth edition of the 48-Hour Film Challenge is an extension of an annual initiative that has established itself as one of the most prominent platforms for discovering cinematic talents in the Kingdom. Since the launch of the challenge, the initiative has hosted dozens of young emerging filmmakers, contributing to honing their skills and guiding them towards fruitful career paths.
