قررت مريم عامر منيب، ابنة الفنان المصري الراحل عامر منيب، اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد بعض الأشخاص الذين قاموا بانتحال شخصيتها عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، واستغلال اسمها في توجيه إساءات إلى نقيب المهن التمثيلية في مصر الدكتور أشرف زكي.
وأكدت مريم في منشورها عبر حسابها الشخصي على منصة «إنستغرام»، أنها قدمت بلاغات ضد كل من شارك في هذه الأفعال المسيئة، معربة عن ثقتها الكامل في القضاء المصري.
وأصدرت مريم بيانًا جاء فيه: «للأسف، وصلنا لمرحلة يتم فيها استغلال اسمي وشخصيتي في مواقف لا يمكن أن تصدر مني أبدًا. آخرها ما حدث من انتحال لشخصيتي بهدف الإساءة للأستاذ الكبير أشرف زكي، وهو أمر أرفضه تمامًا».
وتابعت: «لم أتحدث أو أكتب ضد أي شخص، وكل الإساءات المتداولة صادرة من حسابات وهمية ومنتحلين. وقد بدأت بالفعل الإجراءات القانونية لملاحقة كل من تورط في هذه الانتهاكات».
وفي سياق آخر، أعلن نقيب المهن التمثيلية أشرف زكي في بيان صحفي عزمه على اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ضد صفحة مزيفة تنتحل شخصية نور، ابنة الفنان الراحل عامر منيب، حيث نشرت تلك الصفحة الوهمية تعليقات مسيئة بحقه، ما جعله يتدخل لحماية سمعته.
Mariam Amer Mounib, daughter of the late Egyptian artist Amer Mounib, has decided to take legal action against some individuals who impersonated her on social media platforms and exploited her name to direct insults at the head of the acting professions in Egypt, Dr. Ashraf Zaki.
Mariam confirmed in her post on her personal account on the "Instagram" platform that she has filed complaints against everyone involved in these offensive acts, expressing her full confidence in the Egyptian judiciary.
Mariam issued a statement saying: "Unfortunately, we have reached a stage where my name and personality are being exploited in situations that could never come from me. The latest of which was the impersonation of my identity with the aim of insulting the great professor Ashraf Zaki, which I completely reject."
She continued: "I have not spoken or written against anyone, and all the circulating insults come from fake accounts and impersonators. I have already begun legal proceedings to pursue everyone involved in these violations."
In another context, Ashraf Zaki, the head of the acting professions, announced in a press statement his intention to take legal action against a fake page impersonating Nour, the daughter of the late artist Amer Mounib, as this fake page published offensive comments against him, prompting him to intervene to protect his reputation.
