رحل عن عالمنا، منذ قليل، الفنان المصري سيد صادق، عن عمر ناهز 80 عامًا، بشكل مفاجىء دون معاناة سابقة مع المرض، وسط صدمة كبيرة من نجوم الفن لخبر وفاته.

وكشف نجله لؤي، موعد جنازة والده الراحل عبر منشور على صفحته الشخصية بمنصة «فيسبوك»، حيث قال إن المقرر تشييع جنازة والده عقب صلاة الجمعة في مسجد الشرطة بمنطقة الشيخ زايد بالقاهرة، على أن يُوارى جثمانه الثرى في مقابر طريق الفيوم.
ومن جانب آخر، نعت نقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر، برئاسة الدكتور أشرف زكي، الفنان الراحل، مؤكدة في بيانها: «ببالغ الحزن والأسى تنعى النقابة وفاة الفنان الكبير سيد صادق، ونتقدم بخالص التعازي إلى أسرته، سائلين المولى عز وجل أن يتغمده بواسع رحمته وأن يلهم ذويه الصبر والسلوان».
وكان آخر أعمال سيد صادق في الدراما مسلسل «أستاذ ورئيس قسم»، الذي طرح عام 2015، من بطولة عادل إمام، نجوى إبراهيم، هيثم أحمد زكي، وكان من تأليف يوسف معاطي وإخراج وائل إحسان، كما شارك في نفس العام في مسلسل حق ميت، بطولة حسن الرداد وإيمي سمير غانم، وكان من تأليف باهر دويدار وإخراج فاضل الجارحي.

وقدم سيد صادق العديد من الأدوار الثانوية المهمة التي جعلته من أبرز الوجوه المألوفة في الدراما والسينما المصرية، حيث ترك بأعماله بصمة خاصة لدى الجمهور، وتعاون مع الزعيم عادل في أعمال كثيرة منها «فرقة ناجي عطا الله، والتجربة الدنماركية، والعراف وغيرها من الأعمال.
The Egyptian artist Sayed Sadiq has passed away just a short while ago at the age of nearly 80, unexpectedly and without prior suffering from illness, leaving the art community in shock over the news of his death.

His son Louay revealed the date of his father's funeral through a post on his personal page on the "Facebook" platform, stating that the funeral is scheduled to take place after Friday prayers at the Police Mosque in Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, and that his body will be laid to rest in the cemeteries along the Fayoum Road.
On another note, the Actors' Syndicate in Egypt, headed by Dr. Ashraf Zaki, mourned the late artist, confirming in their statement: "With deep sadness and sorrow, the syndicate mourns the passing of the great artist Sayed Sadiq, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, asking the Almighty to envelop him in His vast mercy and to grant his loved ones patience and solace."
Sayed Sadiq's last work in drama was the series "Professor and Head of Department," which was released in 2015, starring Adel Imam, Nagwa Ibrahim, and Haitham Ahmed Zaki. It was written by Youssef Maati and directed by Wael Ehsan. He also participated that same year in the series "Haqq Met," starring Hassan El Raddad and Emy Samir Ghanem, which was written by Baher Dowidar and directed by Fadel El Garhy.

Sayed Sadiq presented many important supporting roles that made him one of the most familiar faces in Egyptian drama and cinema, leaving a special mark on the audience with his works. He collaborated with the star Adel Imam in many projects, including "Naji Attallah's Band," "The Danish Experience," "The Fortune Teller," and other works.
