تسبب انتهاك الملكية الفكرية في حذف موقع يوتيوب وعدد من منصات الموسيقى أغنية «الواد طالع لأبوه» التي طرحها الفنان المصري محمد رمضان بمشاركة ابنه علي قبل 10 أيام.
وقدّم مؤدي مهرجانات شعبية يُدعى كمال عجوة بشكوى إلى إدارة «يوتيوب»؛ متهماً محمد رمضان باقتباس بعض الكوبليهات والجُمل اللحنية من أغنية له، سبق أن طرحها قبل نحو 6 أشهر. قائلاً: «مينفعش آخد كوبليه من أغنية لـ محمد رمضان، وأغيّر اللحن بتاعها، وأطلع أقدّمها للناس في أغنية جديدة».
وحاول عجوة تسوية تلك الأزمة بشكلٍ ودي، ودخول وسطاء بينه وبين محمد رمضان، ويبدو أنه فشل في التواصل معه والوصول إلى حلول مُرضية؛ لذا قرر تقديم شكوى لإدارة «يوتيوب»، والتي حذفت بدورها أغنية رمضان، بتهمة انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
The violation of intellectual property rights led YouTube and several music platforms to remove the song "El Wad Tal'a La Abouh," which was released by Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan featuring his son Ali ten days ago.
A popular festival performer named Kamal Ajwa filed a complaint with YouTube, accusing Mohamed Ramadan of copying some of the verses and melodic phrases from a song of his that he had released about six months ago. He stated: "It's not acceptable to take a verse from a song by Mohamed Ramadan, change its melody, and present it to people as a new song."
Ajwa attempted to resolve this issue amicably and sought intermediaries between him and Mohamed Ramadan, but it seems he failed to communicate with him and reach satisfactory solutions; thus, he decided to file a complaint with YouTube, which subsequently removed Ramadan's song on the grounds of violating intellectual property rights.
