أسدلت النيابة العامة بمدينة 6 أكتوبر، الستار على الجدل القانوني المثار حول الإعلامية بوسي شلبي، بعدما أصدرت قراراً بحفظ البلاغ المُقدّم ضدها من أسرة الفنان الراحل محمود عبدالعزيز، والذي اتهمها بـ«تزوير بيانات بطاقة الرقم القومي».
وأكّدت النيابة في بيان رسمي، أن تحقيقاتها أثبتت صحة بيانات البطاقة الخاصة بشلبي، وأن موقفها القانوني سليم، لتنفي بذلك وجود أي تزوير أو تلاعب في المستندات الرسمية الخاصة بها.
وكان نجلا الفنان الراحل، محمد وكريم محمود عبدالعزيز، قد تقدما ببلاغات عدة ضد بوسي شلبي، اتهموها فيها بادعاء أنها كانت زوجة والدهم حتى وفاته، رغم انتهاء العلاقة بينهما قانونياً منذ عام 1998.
واعتبرا أن ظهورها في وسائل الإعلام بصفتها «أرملة محمود عبدالعزيز» يُعدّ إساءة لذكراه وتزويراً للواقع.
وفي سياق متصل، شمل البلاغ المقدم اتهامات بتزوير وثائق رسمية مثل القيد العائلي وجواز السفر، وهي الاتهامات التي نفتها شلبي تماماً، مؤكدة عبر فريقها القانوني أن المستندات سليمة، وأنها لم تخسر أي قضية في هذا الشأن.
وشدد محامي شلبي على أن بعض المسائل القانونية ما تزال منظورة أمام القضاء، وأن هناك جوانب سيتم توضيحها للرأي العام في الوقت المناسب.
يعود الخلاف إلى تصريحات تلفزيونية أدلت بها بوسي شلبي مؤخراً، أشارت فيها إلى أنها «أرملة محمود عبدالعزيز»، الأمر الذي اعتبره نجلاه «تزويراً للواقع»، خاصةً وأنها ظهرت إعلامياً بجانب والدهما في السنوات الأخيرة بوصفها «مديرة أعماله» فقط، لا زوجته.
The Public Prosecution in 6th of October City has put an end to the legal controversy surrounding media personality Bousy Shalaby, after issuing a decision to dismiss the complaint filed against her by the family of the late artist Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, who accused her of "forging the national ID card data."
The prosecution confirmed in an official statement that its investigations proved the validity of Shalaby's ID card data, and that her legal position is sound, thus denying the existence of any forgery or manipulation of her official documents.
The late artist's sons, Mohamed and Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, had submitted several complaints against Bousy Shalaby, accusing her of claiming that she was their father's wife until his death, despite their relationship having legally ended in 1998.
They considered her appearance in the media as "the widow of Mahmoud Abdel Aziz" to be an insult to his memory and a distortion of reality.
In a related context, the submitted complaint included accusations of forging official documents such as the family registration and passport, which Shalaby completely denied, asserting through her legal team that the documents are valid and that she has not lost any case in this regard.
Shalaby's lawyer emphasized that some legal matters are still pending before the judiciary, and that there are aspects that will be clarified to the public at the appropriate time.
The dispute dates back to recent television statements made by Bousy Shalaby, in which she referred to herself as "the widow of Mahmoud Abdel Aziz," a claim that her sons considered to be "a distortion of reality," especially since she had appeared in the media alongside their father in recent years as his "manager," not his wife.
