حررت الإعلامية مها الصغير وسائقها محضرًا رسميًا ضد طليقها الفنان أحمد السقا، اتهماه فيه بالتعدي عليهما بالسب والضرب، في واقعة مثيرة شهدها محيط أحد الكمبوندات الشهيرة بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر.
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة، بحسب أقوال الشاكيين، إلى لحظة دخول مها الصغير وسائقها كمبوند «سيتي فيو»، حيث فوجئا بسيارة الفنان أحمد السقا تعترض طريقهما، في محاولة لمنعهما من الدخول.
ووفق المحضر قال السائق إنه حاول الابتعاد بالسيارة، إلا أن السقا طاردهما داخل الكمبوند واستوقفهما، قبل أن يترجل من سيارته ويبدأ في توجيه السباب لطليقته مها الصغير، ثم تعدى عليها بدنيًا، حسب ما جاء في أقواله.
وأشار السائق، ويدعى «محمود ص.»، إلى أنه حاول التدخل لفض المشاجرة ومنع السقا من التعدي على طليقته، إلا أن الفنان وجه إليه هو الآخر عدة ضربات، ما دفعه لتحرير محضر بالواقعة.

The details of the incident, according to the complainants' statements, date back to the moment Maha El-Sagheer and her driver entered the "City View" compound, where they were surprised to find Ahmed El-Sakka's car blocking their way, attempting to prevent them from entering.
According to the report, the driver stated that he tried to move the car away, but El-Sakka pursued them inside the compound and stopped them, before getting out of his car and starting to verbally abuse his ex-wife Maha El-Sagheer, then physically assaulted her, according to his statements.
The driver, named "Mahmoud S.", indicated that he tried to intervene to stop the altercation and prevent El-Sakka from assaulting his ex-wife, but the artist also directed several blows at him, which prompted him to file a report about the incident.
The investigative authorities are examining the complaint filed and hearing the statements of both parties, in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions.
