تعرض عز الدين (نجل الفنانة المصرية زينة) إلى إصابة شديدة بعدما عضه كلب داخل أحد المجمعات السكنية في مدينة الشيخ زايد، ما استدعى نقله إلى أحد المستشفيات الكبرى بالقاهرة لتلقي العلاج اللازم.
وحرّرت الفنانة المصرية اليوم (الاثنين) محضراً في قسم شرطة الشيخ زايد ضد أحد جيرانها في المجمع السكني الذي تقطن فيه، وفوراً انتقلت قوة من رجال المباحث المختصة إلى موقع الحادثة وبدأت التحريات الأولية.
وأدلت زينة بأقوالها أمام رجال المباحث بأكتوبر في واقعة تعرّض نجلها عز الدين لإصابة، حيث أكدت أن كلباً يملكه أحد الأشخاص هاجم نجلها وعضّه أثناء لعبه كرة القدم في موقع مخصّص للعب الأطفال في المجمع السكني.
وأضافت: «فور علمي بإصابة ابني نقلته إلى أقرب مستشفى لإجراء الفحوص الطبية وأخذ الأمصال اللازمة».
وقررت الأجهزة الأمنية اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاه مالك الكلب، وتم استجوابه والتحفظ على الكلب، مع تحرير محضر رسمي بالواقعة، تمهيداً لاستكمال التحقيقات.
وفي سياق آخر، قررت محكمة مستأنف أسرة مدينة نصر أمس (الأحد) تأجيل دعوى زينة لزيادة نفقة ومصروفات نجليها التوأم من الفنان أحمد عز إلى جلسة أغسطس القادم للاطلاع على المستندات واستيفاء الأوراق المطلوبة.
Aziz Al-Din (the son of Egyptian actress Zina) sustained serious injuries after being bitten by a dog inside a residential compound in Sheikh Zayed City, which necessitated his transfer to one of the major hospitals in Cairo for necessary treatment.
The Egyptian actress filed a report today (Monday) at the Sheikh Zayed Police Station against one of her neighbors in the residential compound where she lives, and immediately, a team of specialized detectives moved to the scene of the incident and began preliminary investigations.
Zina provided her statements to the detectives in October regarding the incident involving her son Aziz Al-Din's injury, confirming that a dog owned by someone attacked her son and bit him while he was playing football in a designated children's play area in the residential compound.
She added: "As soon as I learned about my son's injury, I took him to the nearest hospital for medical examinations and to receive the necessary vaccinations."
The security authorities decided to take the necessary legal actions against the dog owner, and he was interrogated while the dog was seized, with an official report of the incident being filed in preparation for further investigations.
In another context, the Family Appeals Court in Nasr City decided yesterday (Sunday) to postpone Zina's lawsuit for an increase in alimony and expenses for her twin sons from actor Ahmed Ezz to a session in August to review the documents and complete the required paperwork.
