أعلنت نقابة الفنانين السوريين برئاسة مازن الناطور، في بيان رسمي، شطب عضوية 4 فنانين من جدول النقابة، استناداً إلى قرار مجلس الفرع رقم 61، وهم: أمل حويجة، وميس حرب، ونور مهنا، ومحمد آل رشي.
وأوضح بيان نقابة الفنانين في سورية عبر الحساب الرسمي للنقابة بمنصة «فيسبوك»، أن القرار بشطب عضوية 4 فنانين من جدول النقابة اتُخذ وفق المادة 40 من النظام الداخلي للنقابة، والمادة 58 من القانون رقم 40 لعام 2019، بعد موافقة الجهات المعنية.
وأرجعت النقابة سبب الشطب إلى ما وصفته في بيانها بأنه «تصرفات لا تتماشى مع قيم ومبادئ العمل النقابي»، بناء على ما ورد في محضر الاستجواب المنعقد يوم الإثنين الماضي.
من جهة أخرى، قررت النقابة إنهاء تكليف يوسف عبده من عضوية المجلس بسبب تصرفات اعتُبرت مخالفة لأهداف النقابة، وقيم العمل النقابي.
وجاء في بيان النقابة أن التشكيلة الجديدة لمجلس النقابة المركزي تضم الأعضاء؛ حسين المطلك، وروعة ياسين، وكوزيت باكير، وزهير قنوع، وجهاد عازر، وعلي القاسم، دون توضيح الأسباب الكاملة التي استندت إليها قرارات الشطب أو تفاصيل الاستجوابات.
وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت النقابة أسباب شطب سلاف فواخرجي من خلال بيان رسمي صدر على حسابها الشخصي بموقع «فيسبوك»، وجاء نص البيان كالتالي: «يُشطب قيد الفنانة سلاف فواخرجي لخروجها عن أهداف النقابة استناداً إلى المادة 58 من القانون رقم 40 البند الثاني الفقرة «ب» لإصرارها على إنكار الجرائم الأسدية وتنكّرها لآلام الشعب السوري».
The Syrian Artists Syndicate, headed by Mazen Al-Natour, announced in an official statement the expulsion of 4 artists from the syndicate's roster, based on the decision of the branch council No. 61. The expelled artists are: Amal Hweija, Mayes Harb, Nour Mahna, and Mohamed Al-Rashi.
The statement from the Artists Syndicate in Syria, shared on the official syndicate account on the "Facebook" platform, clarified that the decision to expel the 4 artists from the syndicate's roster was made in accordance with Article 40 of the syndicate's internal regulations and Article 58 of Law No. 40 of 2019, after obtaining the approval of the relevant authorities.
The syndicate attributed the expulsion to what it described in its statement as "behaviors that do not align with the values and principles of union work," based on what was stated in the interrogation report held last Monday.
On another note, the syndicate decided to terminate the assignment of Youssef Abdo from the council membership due to actions deemed contrary to the goals of the syndicate and the values of union work.
The syndicate's statement indicated that the new composition of the central syndicate council includes the members: Hussein Al-Mutlak, Rawa Yassin, Kouzet Bakir, Zuhair Qanoua, Jihad Azar, and Ali Al-Qasim, without clarifying the full reasons that led to the expulsion decisions or the details of the interrogations.
Earlier, the syndicate announced the reasons for the expulsion of Sulaf Fawakherji through an official statement issued on her personal account on "Facebook." The statement read as follows: "The registration of the artist Sulaf Fawakherji is canceled for deviating from the goals of the syndicate based on Article 58 of Law No. 40, item two, paragraph 'B' for her insistence on denying the Assad regime's crimes and her denial of the suffering of the Syrian people."
