أصدرت نقابة المهن الموسيقية برئاسة الفنان المصري مصطفى كامل، بياناً رسمياً، يقرر منع غناء المطربين القاصرين الأقل من 21 سنة داخل المنشآت السياحية والملاهي الليلية بعد الساعة الثانية عشرة ليلاً، مشيرة إلى اتخاذ إجراء قانوني ضد المنشأة وسحب ترخيص القاصر في حالة مخالفة القرار.
وجاء نص في بيان نقابة المهن الموسيقية: «تنبيه هام على جميع المنشآت السياحية، ممنوع منعاً باتاً عمل أي قاصر بعد الساعة الثانية عشرة مساء بناء على نص القانون، ومن يخالف ذلك، سوف يتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد المنشأة، وسحب التصريح الخاص بالقاصر».
وشددت النقابة على أن القرار يأتي في إطار تنظيم سوق العمل الفني، وضمان الالتزام بالقوانين التي تحمي الفئات العمرية الصغيرة من ظروف العمل غير الملائمة، لاسيما في الأماكن الليلية التي تستمر أنشطتها حتى ساعات متأخرة.
ودعت نقابة الموسيقيين جميع المسؤولين عن أماكن السهر والمنشآت السياحية إلى ضرورة التقيد التام بالقرار، وتقديم الدعم الكامل لحماية حقوق العاملين وفقاً للضوابط القانونية.
The Musicians' Syndicate, headed by Egyptian artist Mostafa Kamel, issued an official statement declaring a ban on singing by underage performers under the age of 21 inside tourist establishments and nightclubs after midnight. It indicated that legal action would be taken against the establishment and the minor's license would be revoked in case of violation of the decision.
The text of the Musicians' Syndicate statement read: "Important notice to all tourist establishments: It is strictly prohibited for any minor to perform after midnight based on the law. Those who violate this will face legal action against the establishment, and the permit for the minor will be revoked."
The syndicate emphasized that the decision comes as part of regulating the artistic labor market and ensuring compliance with laws that protect younger age groups from unsuitable working conditions, especially in nightlife venues that operate until late hours.
The Musicians' Syndicate called on all officials responsible for nightlife venues and tourist establishments to fully comply with the decision and to provide complete support for protecting the rights of workers in accordance with legal regulations.
