With the cinema allowed to take off, I was preoccupied with the task of providing all the cinematic needs for those involved in this artistic activity. In long discussions with my friends Khaled Rabea and Mamdouh Al-Salem about how to provide this service for everyone engaged in the cinematic side, and due to the lack of capital to meet and implement this desire, I was insistent on making this idea a success. Since the requirements of cinema are numerous and varied, I told them we need to play the role of the electrical "plug," citing China as an example, where its beginning was to find a mediator between global products by inventing a technical element that serves as a bridge between massive products to facilitate their use in every country and with all devices.
This talk has been years in the making and was neglected amid our various concerns. Yesterday, I was very happy to see that Ms. Amal Hijjar came up with an idea that fulfills that desire. She is working on a brilliant concept that she aims to implement through her institution (Intaj), which is an integrated network connecting the world of cinema, linking local and international production companies, casting, crews, talents, and service providers. This leads to easier access to job opportunities, accelerates production processes, and creates strategic partnerships with equipment and service providers.
I believe that Ms. Amal Hijjar has managed to reveal the enormous gaps in this industry, and because she is a screenwriter as well as a producer, she knows how to fill the voids that cinema urgently needs.
I can almost guarantee that this idea will help and contribute to the success of many production projects that support cinematic films.
