Every person has their own culture, which varies and differs according to ideas and individuals. This difference necessitates understanding the speaker's reference point, and if both parties are aware of that reference, it becomes easier to refute any idea that contradicts it. Dialogue becomes beneficial for both parties if they are willing to explore the truth. However, if the dialogue is entrenched (where neither party is willing to abandon their ideas), it turns into a futile argument.
Arguments rise and fall according to the social and political circumstances of the participants. The more dominant the prevailing opinion, the less likely it is for the party seeking to impose their opinion to succeed in overcoming it. This is the reality of dialogues; they often turn into arguments that do not lead to harmony or acceptance of all conflicting opinions. A refusal to accept differences does not require dialogue if the parties are unwilling to accept the compelling argument that highlights the source of the disagreement. Acceptance of the argument allows everyone to create common ground for those who differ and enables everyone to live in peace.
The issue of contention is not about establishing a single prevailing opinion that dominates everyone. The intended contention should focus on matters that lead to building and developing the land. Intertwined opinions must have an arbitration that allows each idea to exist without one overpowering another, and the arbitrator must be accepted by all to fulfill this role. The problem is that every faction wants to be the arbitrator; in this case, no party will agree to arbitration, and dissatisfaction leads to disagreement and chaos. The circumstances of the arbitrator grant them this advantage, and I believe that each party will eventually be given the opportunity to be the judge. Understanding the dynamics of life enables each party to relax within a circle that everyone has agreed upon. Moreover, a stable and growing life that brings comfort and prosperity is the one that should be adhered to.
On the other hand, the chaotic party seeking to impose their chaotic idea on everyone will be rejected by all. Once again, every person has their own culture that has been formed over the years of their life. This personal culture may be a weak culture, and its owner must acquire a renewed culture through constructive dialogue that accepts compelling arguments showing that their culture is weak. They need to support it with a culture that has demonstrated its compelling argument for what has been said or written.
