• A question that crossed my mind before writing this article: Does the Chairman of the Entertainment Authority, His Excellency Counselor Turki Al Sheikh, consider the reactions of the enemies of success with every new achievement before announcing it? Or does he completely ignore them and pay no attention? Or does he see their existence as an accepted reality, considering their emergence with each stage of achievement as a motivating factor and a strong challenge that drives him to continue the path of success that only increases their frustration?
• Perhaps I can cite an example that illustrates "Abu Nasser's" indifference to the reactions of the enemies of success, through a tweet that delighted all Saudis and Gulf citizens when he confirmed that the musical and theatrical activities would be led by Saudi and Gulf talents. I believe that, before announcing this good news, he was fully aware of how their reactions would be. Nevertheless, he felt the thrill of joy as he awaited a "victory" he would achieve in every round with a "knockout" against them, but this time the matter took a turn that revealed the extent of their "contradictions" in positions and opinions.
• Everyone remembers the opinions of some media figures and social media celebrities, who were consumed by jealousy when contracts were made with Egyptian artists to hold musical and theatrical performances in previous Riyadh seasons. His Excellency opened the door wide for Egyptian production with all its elements and specialties, giving opportunities to Egyptian stars in acting, writing, and directing. Yet, "Abu Nasser" did not escape the arrows of the envious and their baseless accusations at that time, as they portrayed him as if he were trying to pull the rug out from under the art and tourism sectors in favor of Saudi Arabia. This narrow vision was expressed by them on more than one media platform, the latest of which was last Ramadan.
• "Abu Nasser" also did not escape the "mob mentality" of the enemies of success and their serious accusations directed at everyone who participated in producing Saudi series featuring Egyptian actors, writers, and directors. In fact, one of the prominent directors decided to retire from directing and emigrate, preferring to settle in America to continue his academic pursuits.
• And here the scene repeats itself again, but this time with a "huge scandal"! After they flipped 180 degrees, they launched visible statements and tweets published on the "X" platform that carried a stark contradiction, as they suddenly began to defend Egyptian art and artists and their creative abilities in music and acting, demanding the necessity of benefiting from their expertise in the Riyadh season and the Saudi market.
• What I admire about "Abu Nasser" is his certain knowledge of how to deal with the enemies of success, and how he skillfully "manipulates" their empty minds filled with hatred and envy. The public has felt the extent of his strength in confronting these frustrated individuals from his successes, as he has not uttered a word that would offend them, but made his only response to them be "work," thus increasing their irritation and frustration.
• It is a well-known fact that the relations between Saudi Arabia and Egypt, in leadership, people, and government, are strong, and that such media nonsense, coinciding with "Abu Nasser's" successes and the events of the Riyadh season, will have no impact on this solid relationship; rather, it will grow stronger and more established year after year, while he will continue to achieve global accomplishments, not just local, Gulf, or Arab ones, in full view of the enemies of success.
• May God prolong the life of "Abu Nasser," grant him health and wellness, and protect him from the evil of the envious and the jealous, so that he may continue his journey proudly, with dignity, strong will, and determination, in the service of a nation that takes pride in all that it offers in terms of contributions and achievements, supported by the "trust" of its wise leadership that backs him in achieving a vision that has become a model and aspiration for nations and peoples around the world.
