I do not remember traveling to the Eastern Province by land without encountering ongoing maintenance work on one side of the highway that connects Riyadh and Dammam. Despite this, the road does not remain clear for its users, raising the recurring question about the specifications of the asphalt: why is it not of higher quality and durability?!
Often, the response to this question is that weather conditions play a role in this, whether we are talking about fast land roads or main roads within cities. However, it is striking that the same climatic conditions are faced by all Gulf countries, yet we find that most of their land and main roads are of higher quality, sturdiness, and require less maintenance!
I hope that the experiences and global practices are utilized, as well as the capabilities of "Aramco" in developing the specifications of the materials used in paving our roads, in addition to learning about the specifications of materials used by some neighboring countries. Continuous maintenance is costly and draining, not to mention that it disrupts routes and causes confusion in traffic flow!

The academic year has ended, and the majority of students have received their certificates of success. They now have the right to enjoy their summer vacation and the rest they deserve, but thanks are due to the educational staff: teachers, administrators, and supervisors, for their efforts in caring for our children's education and well-being during the time they spent in school. They are partners with the family and share the responsibility and time towards the students!
In short.. education is a noble profession, so thank you to everyone who has carried its banner!
