بحث أمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير، مع مدير عام المنطقة الشرقية للهيئة السعودية للمدن الصناعية «مدن» المهندس علي الخشان، والفريق المرافق له، عددا من المشاريع الموائمة والمشتركة، وسبل التعاون بين الجانبين بما يخدم أهداف التنمية الشاملة في المنطقة، ورفع كفاءة البنية التحتية، وتحسين جودة الخدمات في المدن الصناعية.
واستعرض خلال اللقاء مشاريع الربط المروري وتطوير الخدمات البلدية داخل المدن الصناعية، بما يسهم لتقليل الضغط على بعض التقاطعات، إضافة إلى مشاريع تصريف مياه الرجيع، الذي يسهم في خفض منسوب المياه الجوفية وتحسين البيئة الحضرية في المدينة، كما استعرضت مؤشرات الأداء في المدن الصناعية الواقعة ضمن نطاق المنطقة الشرقية.
ونوه أمين المنطقة الشرقية على أهمية التكامل بين الجهتين بما يحقق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، خصوصا في ما يتعلق برفع كفاءة البنية التحتية، وتسهيل الإجراءات، وتهيئة بيئة استثمارية محفّزة داخل المدن الصناعية، لافتا إلى أهمية استمرار اللقاءات التنسيقية لمتابعة المشاريع وتحقيق أفضل مستويات التعاون والتكامل في تقديم الخدمات.
The Secretary of the Eastern Province, Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubair, discussed with the General Director of the Eastern Province for the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities "MODON," Engineer Ali Al-Khashan, and his accompanying team, a number of compatible and joint projects, as well as ways to cooperate between the two sides to serve the goals of comprehensive development in the region, enhance the efficiency of infrastructure, and improve the quality of services in industrial cities.
During the meeting, he reviewed traffic linkage projects and the development of municipal services within industrial cities, which contribute to reducing pressure on some intersections, in addition to projects for the drainage of wastewater, which helps lower groundwater levels and improve the urban environment in the city. Performance indicators in the industrial cities located within the Eastern Province were also discussed.
The Secretary of the Eastern Province emphasized the importance of integration between the two parties to achieve the targets of Saudi Vision 2030, especially regarding enhancing the efficiency of infrastructure, facilitating procedures, and creating a stimulating investment environment within industrial cities, pointing out the importance of continuing coordination meetings to follow up on projects and achieve the best levels of cooperation and integration in providing services.
