في كواليس ملف قضائي غير مألوف شهدته العاصمة الأردنية عمان، تهاوت الهيبة المهنية لطبيب معروف أمام شاشات الهواتف الذكية، بعدما ألقى بالقسم الطبي وأخلاقيات المهنة في عرض الحائط لينخرط في ممارسات لا أخلاقية من التخبيب والتحريض الأسري المدمر، استخدم فيه أشد العبارات السياسية قسوة لتفكيك عائلة وإهانة امرأة.
وتفجرت الواقعة الصادمة داخل أروقة منزل أردني، حينما انقلب نقاش عائلي حول استخدام هاتف إلى مواجهة دموية، كادت أن تنتهي باعتداء جسدي من الزوج على زوجته، لولا التدخل البطولي للأبناء الذين وقفوا سداً منيعاً لحماية أمهم، لتكشف التحقيقات بعد التهدئة عن المفاجأة المدوية التي كانت تدير المشهد من خلف الكواليس.
وعند الاطلاع على محادثات تطبيق «واتساب»، صُدمت الزوجة برسائل سرية ومكثفة يبعث بها الطبيب لزوجها، يمارس فيها تحريضاً ممنهجاً للتخلص منها وتطليقها، مرفقة بعبارات قدح وذم لاذعةً، وصل فيه الشطط إلى وصف الأم بـ «أعطل من نتنياهو»، مما أطلق شرارة نزاع قضائي لم يتوقعه أحد.
ولم تتوانَ محكمة صلح جزاء شرق عمان عن وضع حد حاسم لهذه الممارسات، إذ أصدرت حكماً يقضي بإدانة الطبيب بجرم التحريض على الإيذاء والنشر الإلكتروني المسيء، معاقبةً إياه بالحبس لمدة 6 أشهر مع نفاذ العقوبة الأشد، إلى جانب إلزامه بدفع تعويضات مالية وأتعاب محاماة، مؤيدةً الحكم بشكل قطعي بعد رد اعتراضه شكلاً لغيابه عن جلسة المحاكمة.

The shocking incident erupted within the halls of a Jordanian home when a family discussion about phone usage escalated into a violent confrontation, nearly resulting in physical assault by the husband against his wife, were it not for the heroic intervention of the children who stood as a formidable barrier to protect their mother, revealing in the aftermath of the calm a stunning surprise that had been orchestrating the scene from behind the curtains.
Upon reviewing the conversations on the "WhatsApp" application, the wife was shocked by secret and intense messages sent by the doctor to her husband, in which he systematically incited him to get rid of her and divorce her, accompanied by scathing insults, reaching the extreme of describing the mother as "more dysfunctional than Netanyahu," which ignited a legal dispute that no one anticipated.
The East Amman Magistrate's Court did not hesitate to put a decisive end to these practices, issuing a ruling convicting the doctor of incitement to harm and offensive electronic publication, punishing him with six months of imprisonment with the enforcement of the harsher penalty, in addition to obligating him to pay financial compensation and attorney fees, upholding the ruling definitively after rejecting his objection on procedural grounds due to his absence from the trial session.
