عاقبت دائرة جنايات الجيزة بجمهورية مصر العربية، اليوم، كهربائياً بالسجن ثلاث سنوات، في واقعة اتهامه بسرقة ثلاث فيوزات من فيلا السفير البلجيكي بالجيزة. وبرأت المحكمة المتهم الثاني، صاحب مخزن خردة، من الاتهامات المنسوبة إليه.
وصدر الحكم برئاسة رئيس المحكمة المستشار محمود عبد الحميد سليمان، وعضوية المستشارين ياسر علي علي الزيات، وأحمد محمد عامر الفقي، والدكتور أسامة محمد الشاذلي، وسكرتارية طارق فتحي وطلعت عبده.
إخفاء مهمات
وأسندت النيابة العامة في القضية رقم 5534 لسنة 2026 جنايات العمرانية، والمقيدة برقم 4007 لسنة 2026 كلي جنوب الجيزة، للمتهم الأول سيد عبد الرحمن تهمة سرقة ثلاث قطع ألمنيوم مملوكة لشركة توزيع الكهرباء والمخصصة للنفع العام بالطريق العام؛ فما إن أبصر المتهم الصندوق الخاص بها حتى استغل معرفته بالكهرباء، فتمكن من فصلها والاستيلاء عليها، ولاذ بالفرار، وذلك في اليوم الثاني عشر من مايو 2026.
ونسبت النيابة العامة للمتهم الثاني محمد سيد، تهمة إخفاء مهمات «قطع ألمنيوم» مملوكة لشركة توزيع الكهرباء والمخصصة للنفع العام، بأن سلمها له المتهم الأول سيد عبد الرحمن؛ لإخفائها، مع علمه بكون تلك المهمات من متحصلات جناية سرقة.
عبث المتهم
واستمعت النيابة العامة إلى أقوال مدير أمن شركة حراسة ومسؤول أمن مسكن السفير البلجيكي، والذي شهد بأنه حال عمله بمكان الواقعة «مسكن السفير البلجيكي»، فوجئ بانقطاع التيار الكهربائي، فتواصل مع شركة الكهرباء، وحال حضور الفني أبلغه بأن انقطاع التيار نتيجة عبث المتهم بصندوق الكهرباء وسرقة عدد ثلاث بارات من الصندوق.
وأقر المتهم الأول خلال استجوابه أمام النيابة العامة بارتكاب واقعة السرقة، موضحاً أنه سرق ثلاثة فيوزات من فيلا السفير البلجيكي، وقام ببيعها للمتهم الثاني مقابل مبلغ مالي قدره 80 جنيهاً، نظراً لمروره بضائقة مادية دفعته إلى ارتكاب الجريمة.
وأحال المحامي العام الأول لنيابة جنوب الجيزة الكلية المستشار أسامة أبو الخير، المتهمين إلى محكمة الجنايات المختصة بتهمتي السرقة وإخفاء أشياء متحصلة من جريمة سرقة
The Giza Criminal Court in the Arab Republic of Egypt sentenced an electrician to three years in prison today for stealing three fuses from the residence of the Belgian ambassador in Giza. The court acquitted the second defendant, the owner of a scrap store, of the charges against him.
The ruling was issued under the presidency of the court's chief judge, Counselor Mahmoud Abdel Hamid Suleiman, with the membership of counselors Yasser Ali Ali Al-Zayat, Ahmed Mohamed Amer Al-Faqi, Dr. Osama Mohamed Al-Shazly, and the secretariat of Tarek Fathy and Talaat Abdu.
Concealment of Items
The Public Prosecution attributed to the first defendant, Said Abdel Rahman, the charge of stealing three aluminum pieces owned by the electricity distribution company and designated for public benefit on the public road; as soon as the defendant saw the box containing them, he exploited his knowledge of electricity, managed to disconnect them, and fled with them on the twelfth of May 2026.
The Public Prosecution also charged the second defendant, Mohamed Said, with concealing items "aluminum pieces" owned by the electricity distribution company and designated for public benefit, which were handed to him by the first defendant, Said Abdel Rahman, for concealment, knowing that these items were proceeds from a theft.
The Defendant's Tampering
The Public Prosecution listened to the statements of the security director of the guarding company and the security officer of the Belgian ambassador's residence, who testified that while working at the scene of the incident "the residence of the Belgian ambassador," he was surprised by a power outage, so he contacted the electricity company. When the technician arrived, he informed him that the outage was due to the defendant tampering with the electricity box and stealing three bars from it.
The first defendant admitted during his interrogation before the Public Prosecution that he committed the theft, explaining that he stole three fuses from the Belgian ambassador's villa and sold them to the second defendant for an amount of 80 Egyptian pounds, due to his financial distress that led him to commit the crime.
The first public prosecutor of the South Giza Prosecution, Counselor Osama Abu Al-Khair, referred the defendants to the competent criminal court on charges of theft and concealing items obtained from a theft.
