لكن المحطة الأبرز في هذا المسار جاءت عقب تقديم القاصر (ع.مزور) أمام المحكمة الابتدائية بتطوان، حيث تمت إحالته إلى قاضي التحقيق. وهذا الأخير قرر متابعته في حالة إطلاق سراح وتسليمه رسمياً إلى ولي أمره، مع مواصلة المقتضيات القضائية.
واليوم، يتجه الملف نحو خط النهاية مع قرار تحديد يوم 23 سبتمبر 2026 كموعد لانطلاق أولى جلسات المحاكمة العلنية أمام المحكمة الابتدائية في تطوان، حيث يواجه نجل وزير الصناعة والتجارة المغربي ثقل اتهامات تتراوح بين إهانة موظفين عموميين أثناء مزاولة مهامهم، والعصيان، وإهانة هيئة ينظمها القانون.

The story began with an urgent security report announcing a fierce fight between a group of young men near one of the well-known restaurants in Tetouan. In those critical moments, a security officer happened to be nearby and immediately intervened, attempting to control the situation and contain the escalating circumstances until a rescue patrol arrived.
However, the quick attempt to calm the atmosphere soon veered off course, as the security intervention developed into a confrontation and direct clash, during which phrases were uttered that the authorities considered a blatant violation and an insult to a security officer while performing his official duties.
As the hours of that hot night passed, the case entered a decisive legal path, with Moroccan security services initiating intensive investigations to uncover the circumstances of the incident. The individual involved was heard in accordance with the legal regulations and procedures designated for minors, before the comprehensive investigation results were submitted to the competent public prosecutor.
However, the most significant moment in this process came after the minor (A. Mazour) was presented before the Tetouan Court of First Instance, where he was referred to the investigating judge. The latter decided to pursue the case while releasing him and officially handing him over to his guardian, while continuing the judicial provisions.
Today, the case is heading towards the finish line with the decision to set September 23, 2026, as the date for the first public trial session before the Court of First Instance in Tetouan, where the son of the Moroccan Minister of Industry and Trade faces serious charges ranging from insulting public officials during the performance of their duties, to disobedience, and insulting a body regulated by law.
