شهدت منطقة المروج في محافظة بن عروس التونسية حادثة مأساوية، بعدما سقطت طفلتان من شرفة شقة تقع في الطابق الثالث، في واقعة أسفرت عن وفاة رضيعة وإصابة شقيقتها بجروح خطيرة.
وبحسب المعطيات الأولية، فإن والد الطفلتين أقدم على إلقائهما من الشرفة، فيما سارعت الوحدات الأمنية إلى التدخل بعد تلقي بلاغات من سكان المنطقة بشأن سقوط الطفلتين، وتمكنت من ضبط الأب وفتح تحقيق للوقوف على الملابسات.
ولقيت رضيعة تبلغ من العمر نحو 6 أشهر حتفها في موقع الحادث، متأثرة بالإصابات البليغة التي تعرضت لها جراء السقوط.
في المقابل، نُقلت شقيقتها البالغة من العمر 3 سنوات إلى قسم العناية المركزة في أحد مستشفيات محافظة بن عروس، حيث تخضع للرعاية الطبية في ظل خطورة حالتها الصحية.
وباشرت الجهات المختصة التحقيق مع الأب، لكشف تفاصيل ما جرى داخل المنزل وتحديد الأسباب والدوافع التي تقف وراء الحادثة، في وقت لم تتضح بشكل نهائي ملابسات الواقعة.
وأثارت الحادثة حالة من الصدمة والحزن بين سكان منطقة المروج، فيما تواصل السلطات تحقيقاتها لكشف كامل تفاصيل القضية، وسط ترقب لما ستكشف عنه النتائج الرسمية.

According to initial data, the father of the two girls threw them from the balcony, while security units rushed to intervene after receiving reports from residents about the girls' fall, managing to apprehend the father and open an investigation to determine the circumstances.
An infant approximately 6 months old died at the scene of the incident, succumbing to the severe injuries she sustained from the fall.
In contrast, her 3-year-old sister was transferred to the intensive care unit of a hospital in the Ben Arous Governorate, where she is receiving medical care due to the severity of her health condition.
