في الوقت الذي يظن فيه ملايين المستخدمين أن حواراتهم مع الذكاء الاصطناعي قاصرة على شاشاتهم فقط، فجّر تقرير تقني مفاجأة مدوية، فمئات المحادثات الخاصة مع روبوت «كلود» (Claude) التابع لشركة «أنثروبيك» ظهرت فجأة ومتاحة بالكامل للعامة على محرك البحث «قوقل»!
الأزمة لم تقف عند حدود الأسئلة العادية أو الاستشارات، بل وصلت إلى حد كارثة أمنية بعد رصد محادثة سرية لمستخدم شارك بيانات «محفظة العملات الرقمية» الخاصة به، لتصبح تلك البيانات الحساسة مكشوفة لأي شخص يبحث على الإنترنت.
هذا التسريب المريب لم يكن نتيجة اختراق سيبراني تقليدي، بل تعود جذوره إلى «هفوة تنظيمية» في آلية مشاركة الروابط التي توفرها أنثروبيك عبر إعدادات المنصة.
محركات البحث مثل «قوقل» و«بينغ» تعتمد في عملها على زحف روبوتاتها لكل صفحة منشورة على الشبكة. ورغم أن الشركة وضعت كود منع الأرشفة في الصفحة الرئيسية للموقع، إلا أنها غفلت عن إضافته داخل صفحات المحادثات الفردية.
وبمجرد أن قام بعض المستخدمين بنشر رابط محادثاتهم، التقطت محركات البحث تلك الصفحات المكشوفة وقامت بفرزها وتخزينها، لتبدأ لعبة تبادل الاتهامات بين الشركة ومحركات البحث.
غيّر الإعدادات وحصّن حسابك
إذا كنت تستخدم أداة «كلود»، فإن إغلاق باب التجسس على حسابك يقتضي التحرك السريع وتعديل الخيارات قبل أن تصل محركات البحث إلى محادثاتك الخاصة:
- الحل الآمن المباشر: تجنب مشاركة المحادثات عبر «الروابط العامة»، وبدلاً من ذلك قُم بتصديرها كملفات PDF أو ملفات نصية Markdown.
- إغلاق الروابط القديمة: توجه فوراً إلى (صورة الحساب ثم الإعدادات ثم إعدادات الخصوصية ثم إدارة المشاركات) واضغط على خيار «إلغاء المشاركة» لكل رابط قمت بإنشائه سابقاً لحذف أي أثر له من محركات البحث.

The crisis did not stop at ordinary questions or consultations; it escalated to a security disaster after a secret conversation was detected where a user shared their "digital wallet" data, making that sensitive information exposed to anyone searching online.
This suspicious leak was not the result of a traditional cyber breach but stemmed from an "organizational oversight" in the link-sharing mechanism provided by Anthropic through the platform settings.
Search engines like Google and Bing rely on their bots to crawl every published page on the web. Although the company implemented a no-archive code on the homepage of the site, it neglected to add it within the individual conversation pages.
Once some users shared links to their conversations, search engines picked up those exposed pages, sorted, and stored them, leading to a blame game between the company and the search engines.
Change Settings and Secure Your Account
If you are using the "Claude" tool, closing the door on spying on your account requires swift action and adjusting your options before search engines reach your private conversations:
- The direct safe solution: Avoid sharing conversations via "public links," and instead export them as PDF files or Markdown text files.
- Close old links: Immediately go to (Account Picture then Settings then Privacy Settings then Manage Shares) and click on the "Unshare" option for every link you previously created to delete any trace of it from search engines.
