يبدو أن عصابات تهريب المخدرات الدولية قد ابتكرت «ترند» جديداً وشيطانياً لتجاوز نقاط التفتيش، يعتمد على تحويل الأدوات المكتبية البريئة إلى قنابل موقوتة من «الموت السائل».
في ضربات متتالية وبنفس الحيلة الماكرة، تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية والجمركية في الكويت من إحباط عمليتين منفصلتين لتهريب مادة «الكيميكال» المخدرة، بعد أن حاول المهربون في كلتا العمليتين تشريب هذه المادة القاتلة داخل أوراق تصوير عادية من مقاس (A4)!
العملية الأولى بدأت عندما اشتبه رجال البحث والتحري الجمركي في طرد بريدي شخصي قادم من العاصمة البريطانية لندن. الطرد الذي يزن بالكاد (800) غرام، لم يكن يحتوي على أي مساحيق أو مواد مشبوهة في ظاهره، بل مجرد أوراق مكتبية من مقاس (A4).
لكن يقظة رجال الجمارك في الكويت كشفت الكارثة، فالأوراق كانت «مشبعة» بالكامل بسائل مادة الكيميكال المخدرة! وعلى الفور، تم إعداد كمين محكم بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العامة لمكافحة المخدرات، ليسقط مستلم الطرد متلبساً بمجرد حضوره لاستلام إرساليته المسمومة.
أما العملية الثانية المنفصلة، فكانت لا تقل إثارة، وكشفت شبكة تُدار بـ«الريموت كنترول». حيث تمكنت وزارة الداخلية، بالتعاون مع الجمارك، من رصد شحنة أخرى قادمة عبر إحدى شركات الشحن، تحتوي أيضاً على 80 ورقة مشبعة بنفس المخدر (الكيميكال).
وفي كمين دقيق بمنطقة «جليب الشيوخ»، أُطبق على المتهم (وهو وافد يحمل الجنسية البنغلاديشية) أثناء استلامه الشحنة. وبتفتيش مسكنه، تم العثور على 7 أوراق إضافية مشبعة بالمخدر وجاهزة للترويج.
وعن كواليس العصابة، كشفت التحقيقات في هذه العملية تفاصيل صادمة، فالمتهم البنغلاديشي مجرد «أداة»، يتلقى أوامره هاتفياً من زعيم مجهول يتمركز في إحدى الدول الآسيوية. وهذا الزعيم يوجهه لاستلام الأوراق المشبعة وإلقائها في مواقع محددة سلفاً ليقوم المتعاطون بالتقاطها دون أي تواصل مباشر!
وتدق هاتان العمليتان ناقوس الخطر حول الأساليب المبتكرة التي تلجأ إليها عصابات التهريب مؤخراً. لكن التنسيق العالي بين الجهات الرسمية في الكويت أثبت أن الرقابة الأمنية تقف بالمرصاد لصد هذه السموم المدمرة، وإحالة المتورطين إلى جهات الاختصاص، مع فتح قنوات التعاون الدولي للإطاحة بـ«الرؤوس الكبيرة» المدبرة لهذه العمليات من الخارج.
It seems that international drug trafficking gangs have invented a new and diabolical "trend" to bypass checkpoints, relying on turning innocent office supplies into time bombs of "liquid death".
In consecutive strikes and with the same cunning trick, security and customs authorities in Kuwait managed to thwart two separate operations to smuggle the narcotic substance "chemical," after the traffickers in both operations attempted to soak this deadly substance into ordinary A4-sized photocopy paper!
The first operation began when customs investigation officers became suspicious of a personal postal package coming from the British capital, London. The package, which weighed barely 800 grams, did not contain any powders or suspicious materials on its surface, just ordinary A4-sized papers.
However, the vigilance of customs officers in Kuwait revealed the disaster, as the papers were fully "saturated" with the liquid narcotic substance! Immediately, a tight ambush was prepared in coordination with the General Directorate for Drug Control, leading to the arrest of the recipient of the package in the act as soon as he arrived to collect his poisoned shipment.
The second separate operation was no less thrilling and revealed a network operated by "remote control." The Ministry of Interior, in cooperation with customs, managed to track another shipment coming through one of the shipping companies, which also contained 80 papers soaked with the same drug (chemical).
In a precise ambush in the "Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh" area, the suspect (a Bangladeshi national) was caught while receiving the shipment. Upon searching his residence, 7 additional papers soaked with the drug and ready for promotion were found.
Regarding the gang's behind-the-scenes operations, investigations into this case revealed shocking details: the Bangladeshi suspect is merely a "tool," receiving orders via phone from an unknown leader based in one of the Asian countries. This leader directs him to collect the soaked papers and drop them at predetermined locations for users to pick them up without any direct contact!
These two operations sound the alarm about the innovative methods that smuggling gangs have recently resorted to. However, the high level of coordination among official entities in Kuwait has proven that security oversight stands ready to thwart these destructive poisons and refer those involved to the relevant authorities, while opening channels for international cooperation to take down the "big heads" orchestrating these operations from abroad.
