تحوّلت واقعة مقتل سيدة مكافحة كانت تعمل على عربة بسيطة لبيع الشاي في منطقة حدائق الأهرام بمحافظة الجيزة المصرية، إلى واحدة من أكثر القضايا إثارة للجدل والغضب العارم في مصر، بعدما بدأت تفاصيل الحادثة تتغير وتتكشف مع كل شهادة جديدة، لتتحول من حادثة سير عادية إلى لغز ومخطط مكشوف حول هوية قائد السيارة الحقيقي.
القضية التي اشتعلت بمقطع فيديو صادم ومفجع يوثق لحظة دهس الضحية، شهدت تضارباً حاداً في الروايات. ففي الوقت الذي خرجت فيه والدة الفتاة المتهمة لتدافع عن ابنتها زاعمة أنها كانت تجلس في المقعد الخلفي وأن شاباً يُدعى «مروان» هو من كان يقود السيارة وفقد السيطرة أثناء محاولة تفاديه لسيدة، جاءت أقوال الشهود لتقلب الطاولة تماماً.
الصدمة الكبرى فجرتها الناجية الثانية من الحادثة (صديقة الضحية)، التي أكدت فور تحسن حالتها الصحية أن السيارة كانت تقودها فتاة بسرعة جنونية، بينما كان الشاب يجلس إلى جوارها.
والأخطر في شهادتها، أن المتهمين بدّلا أماكنهما ومقاعدهما داخل السيارة مباشرة بعد وقوع الحادثة، في محاولة بائسة لإظهار أن الصبي هو من كان يقود السيارة لحظة الاصطدام هرباً من العقوبة. وجاءت هذه الشهادة متطابقة بنسبة كاملة مع تفريغ تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة المحيطة بموقع الحادثة وأقوال شهود عيان آخرين.
ومع تراكم الشهادات والأدلة الفنية من قبل رجال المباحث، شهدت غرف التحقيق تطوراً درامياً ومفاجئاً، إذ انهار المتهم الأول «مروان» وتراجع عن أقواله السابقة مدلياً بالاعتراف الحاسم.
واعترف الشاب تفصيلياً بأنه كان برفقة الفتاة «جودي» البالغة من العمر 14 عاماً فقط، وأنها طلبت منه تجربة قيادة السيارة لـ«تعلم السواقة»، فسمح لها بالجلوس خلف عجلة القيادة، لتنحرف منها المركبة فجأة وتندفع بقوة جنونية نحو عربة المشروبات، مما أسفر عن مصرع بائعة الشاي فوراً وإصابة صديقتها بجروح بليغة.
وبناءً على هذه التطورات، وجهت النيابة العامة للفتاة القاصر اتهامات ثقيلة تشمل القتل الخطأ، والإصابة الخطأ، وإتلاف الممتلكات، وقيادة مركبة دون ترخيص، بينما وُجهت للشاب تهمة تمكين شخص غير مرخص له من القيادة، كما طالت الاتهامات القانونية والد مالك السيارة؛ بسبب الإهمال والسماح لقاصر بقيادتها وتعريض حياة المواطنين للخطر.
ولم تعد القضية مجرد حادثة عابرة في الشارع، بل تحوّلت إلى قضية رأي عام ومحط أنظار المصريين الذين يترقّبون كلمة القضاء العادلة، بينما بقيت صورة عربة الشاي المدمرة شاهدة على مأساة سيدة ماتت وهي تبحث عن لقمة العيش.

The young man detailed that he was with the 14-year-old girl "Judy," and that she had asked him to let her try driving the car to "learn how to drive," so he allowed her to sit behind the wheel, causing the vehicle to suddenly veer off and accelerate recklessly towards the drinks cart, resulting in the immediate death of the tea seller and severe injuries to her friend.
Based on these developments, the public prosecutor charged the minor girl with serious offenses including involuntary manslaughter, involuntary injury, property damage, and driving a vehicle without a license, while the young man was charged with allowing an unlicensed person to drive. Legal charges also extended to the father of the car owner due to negligence and allowing a minor to drive, endangering the lives of citizens.
The case is no longer just a random incident in the street; it has turned into a public opinion matter and a focal point for Egyptians who are awaiting a fair judicial decision, while the image of the destroyed tea cart remains a witness to the tragedy of a woman who died while seeking a livelihood.
