أغلقت وزارة الصحة والسكان المصرية عيادة «ندوش بيوتي كلينك» للتجميل الكائنة بشارع العباسية الرئيسي بمحافظة القاهرة، وذلك بعد ثبوت إدارتها بدون ترخيص بالمخالفة للقوانين المنظمة للعمل بالمنشآت الطبية، حيث تبين أن العيادة تعمل دون الحصول على ترخيص رسمي مخالفةً أحكام القانون رقم 53 لسنة 2004 الخاص بتنظيم المنشآت الطبية.
وجاء قرار الغلق الفوري في ضوء تكثيف الحملات الرقابية على المنشآت الطبية الخاصة واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الرادعة حيال أي مخالفات، حفاظاً على صحة وسلامة المواطنين.
وأوضح متحدث وزارة الصحة المصرية الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار، أن فرق التفتيش التابعة لإدارة العلاج الحر بمديرية الشؤون الصحية بالقاهرة قامت بالمرور على المنشأة، حيث ثبت عدم وجود ترخيص وانتحال القائمين عليها صفة طبيب، بالمخالفة لأحكام القانون رقم 13 لسنة 2025 الخاص بالمسؤولية الطبية.
وأكد رئيس الإدارة المركزية للمؤسسات العلاجية غير الحكومية والتراخيص الدكتور هشام زكي، أنه تم تشميع العيادة بالكامل وإحالة القائمين عليها إلى الجهات المختصة للتحقيق، داعياً المواطنين إلى التأكد من وجود ترخيص المنشأة الطبية وتراخيص الأطباء العاملين بها قبل تلقي أي خدمة علاجية أو تجميلية، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي منشآت مخالفة للجهات المختصة، وذلك حفاظاً على سلامة المرضى وجودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة.
The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population has closed the "Nadoush Beauty Clinic" located on Al-Abbasiya Main Street in Cairo Governorate, after it was found to be operating without a license in violation of the laws regulating medical facilities. It was revealed that the clinic was operating without obtaining an official license, in violation of the provisions of Law No. 53 of 2004 concerning the regulation of medical facilities.
The immediate closure decision came in light of intensified monitoring campaigns on private medical facilities and the implementation of strict legal measures against any violations, in order to protect the health and safety of citizens.
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, spokesperson for the Egyptian Ministry of Health, explained that inspection teams from the Free Treatment Administration of the Cairo Health Directorate visited the facility, where it was confirmed that there was no license and that those in charge were impersonating a doctor, in violation of the provisions of Law No. 13 of 2025 concerning medical liability.
Dr. Hisham Zaki, head of the Central Administration for Non-Governmental Treatment Facilities and Licensing, confirmed that the clinic has been completely sealed and those in charge have been referred to the competent authorities for investigation, urging citizens to ensure the presence of a medical facility license and the licenses of the doctors working there before receiving any medical or cosmetic service, and to immediately report any violating facilities to the relevant authorities, in order to ensure patient safety and the quality of health services provided.
