شهدت مدينة حلب، شمال سورية، يوم الجمعة، جريمة قتل مروعة أثارت صدمة وغضباً واسعاً في الشارع السوري، حيث اقتحم مسلحان مجهولان متجراً لصياغة الذهب في حي الهلك، وأطلقا النار بشكل مباشر على صاحب المتجر وشقيقه، ما أدى إلى مقتلهما على الفور، بالإضافة إلى إصابة شخص ثالث كان موجوداً في المكان.
وأظهرت تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة داخل المتجر لحظات الجريمة البشعة، حيث دخل المسلحان الملثمان المحل، وأمطرا الشقيقين بوابل من الرصاص دون تردد، ثم سرقا كمية من المصاغ الذهبي والمجوهرات قبل أن يلوذا بالفرار.
ووفقاً للسلطات السورية فإن ضحايا الجريمة المروعة شقيقان من أبناء مدينة إعزاز بريف حلب، كانا يديران المتجر التجاري الذي يُعد مصدر رزقهما الوحيد.
وأكد محافظ حلب، عزام الغريب، في بيان رسمي، أنه يتابع الحادثة شخصياً مع قوى الأمن الداخلي، موجهاً الجهات المختصة بتكثيف التحقيقات وملاحقة الجناة، حيث وصفت السلطات الجريمة بأنها «مركبة» تجمع بين القتل العمد والسرقة المسلحة.
ووقعت الجريمة في وقت كانت فيه المدينة تشهد اليوم الثاني من حملة التبرّع الوطنية «حلب ست الكل»، الرامية إلى جمع التبرعات لدعم مشاريع إعادة الإعمار وتعافي المحافظة من آثار الحرب، وقد بلغ إجمالي ما تم جمعه حتى نهاية اليوم الثاني أكثر من 270 مليون دولار.
وتأتي هذه الجريمة في سياق تصاعد ملحوظ للجرائم الجنائية في مختلف المناطق السورية منذ بداية عام 2025، حيث وثق المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان نحو 390 جريمة قتل ضد مجهول حتى تاريخ الحادث، راح ضحيتها أكثر من 448 شخصاً، بينهم نساء وأطفال.
وأثار الحادث غضباً شعبياً واسعاً على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث طالب نشطاء ومواطنون بتعزيز الإجراءات الأمنية لحماية التجار والمدنيين، محذرين من أن تكرار مثل هذه الجرائم قد يهدد الانتعاش الاقتصادي البطيء في المدينة.
The city of Aleppo, in northern Syria, witnessed a horrific murder on Friday that sparked widespread shock and anger in the Syrian street. Two unknown gunmen stormed a goldsmith shop in the al-Halak neighborhood and opened fire directly on the shop owner and his brother, resulting in their immediate deaths, in addition to injuring a third person who was present at the scene.
Surveillance camera footage inside the shop captured the moments of the brutal crime, showing the masked gunmen entering the store and unleashing a hail of bullets on the two brothers without hesitation, before stealing a quantity of gold jewelry and fleeing the scene.
According to Syrian authorities, the victims of this horrific crime were two brothers from the city of Azaz in the countryside of Aleppo, who managed the shop that was their only source of income.
The governor of Aleppo, Izzam al-Ghareeb, confirmed in an official statement that he is personally following up on the incident with the internal security forces, directing the relevant authorities to intensify investigations and pursue the perpetrators. The authorities described the crime as "compound," combining premeditated murder and armed robbery.
The crime occurred at a time when the city was witnessing the second day of the national donation campaign "Aleppo, the Mother of All," aimed at collecting donations to support reconstruction projects and help the province recover from the effects of the war, with the total amount raised by the end of the second day exceeding 270 million dollars.
This crime comes amid a noticeable rise in criminal offenses in various Syrian regions since the beginning of 2025, with the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documenting around 390 murders by unknown assailants up to the date of the incident, resulting in the deaths of more than 448 people, including women and children.
The incident sparked widespread public outrage on social media, with activists and citizens calling for enhanced security measures to protect traders and civilians, warning that the recurrence of such crimes could threaten the slow economic recovery in the city.
