خيمت حالة من الحزن الشديد والصدمة على أهالي مركز الشهداء بمحافظة المنوفية في مصر، بعد أن أقدم شاب في مقتبل العمر على إنهاء حياته شنقاً داخل غرفة نومه.
الضحية، الذي يُدعى «أحمد.م» (30 عاماً)، يعمل حلاقاً في محل صغير داخل القرية، وكان يعاني من تعثر مادي حاد بسبب كثرة ديونه المتراكمة من قروض بنكية وشخصية، إضافة إلى انخفاض دخله.
انتحار حلاق داخل منزله
بدأت الأحداث عندما عاد أحمد إلى منزله المتواضع في نهاية يوم عمل مرهق، حيث كان يواجه ضغوطاً يومية من مطالبات الدائنين الذين يطاردونه لسداد مبالغ تصل إلى نحو 150 ألف جنيه، معظمها قروض استُخدمت لتغطية نفقات عائلته وإصلاح محل عمله.
ووفقاً لرواية أسرته، كان أحمد يعاني من اكتئاب شديد في الأسابيع الأخيرة، حيث كان يتجنب اللقاءات الاجتماعية ويبكي وحيداً.
تراكم الديون يودي بحياة شاب
وفي لحظة يأس، قام الشاب بتعليق حبل على سقف الغرفة وشنق نفسه، ولم يُكتشف الأمر إلا بعد ساعات قليلة عندما عادت والدته من زيارة للأقارب وحاولت الاتصال به دون جدوى، فهرعت مع أفراد العائلة للمنزل حيث وجدوه معلقاً.
وتلقت مديرية أمن المنوفية إخطاراً فورياً من قسم شرطة مركز الشهداء، حيث هرعت فرق الإسعاف والشرطة إلى الموقع، وأكد الطبيب الشرعي، بعد فحص الجثمان، أن الوفاة ناتجة عن الاختناق بالشنق، ولم يُكتشف أي دليل على تدخل خارجي أو جريمة قتل، ما يؤكد أنها حالة انتحار واضحة.
وتم نقل الجثمان إلى المشرحة لإجراء الكشف الطبي النهائي، بينما أمرت النيابة العامة بتحقيق موسع يشمل استجواب أفراد الأسرة والجيران، إضافة إلى تقرير نفسي يحدد الظروف المادية والنفسية التي ساهمت في الواقعة.
A state of deep sadness and shock has enveloped the residents of the Martyrs Center in the Monufia Governorate of Egypt, after a young man in the prime of his life took his own life by hanging in his bedroom.
The victim, identified as "Ahmed.M" (30 years old), worked as a barber in a small shop within the village and had been suffering from severe financial difficulties due to mounting debts from bank and personal loans, in addition to a decrease in his income.
Barber's Suicide Inside His Home
The events began when Ahmed returned to his modest home at the end of a tiring workday, where he faced daily pressures from creditors who were pursuing him for payments totaling around 150,000 Egyptian pounds, most of which were loans used to cover his family's expenses and repair his workplace.
According to his family's account, Ahmed had been suffering from severe depression in recent weeks, avoiding social gatherings and crying alone.
Debt Accumulation Claims Young Life
In a moment of despair, the young man hung a rope from the ceiling of the room and took his own life. The situation was not discovered until a few hours later when his mother returned from visiting relatives and tried to contact him without success. She rushed home with family members, where they found him hanging.
The Monufia Security Directorate received an immediate notification from the Martyrs Police Station, and ambulance and police teams rushed to the scene. The forensic doctor, after examining the body, confirmed that the death was due to asphyxiation by hanging, and no evidence of external intervention or murder was found, confirming that it was a clear case of suicide.
The body was transferred to the morgue for a final medical examination, while the public prosecutor ordered an extensive investigation that includes questioning family members and neighbors, in addition to a psychological report to determine the financial and psychological circumstances that contributed to the incident.
