نجح عمال الإطفاء في النمسا، في إخراج طفلة تبلغ من العمر 13 عاماً، من مجفف ملابس من خلال عملية إنقاذ معقدة، بعدما أقحمت نفسها في المساحة المغلقة لحوض المجفف.
وقالت فرقة الإطفاء في ضاحية مودلينج في فيينا، (السبت) إن الطفلة صعدت إلى داخل الجهاز، لكنها لم تتمكن من الخروج بمفردها.
وتم استدعاء خدمات الطوارئ مساء أمس الأول (الجمعة)، وحاولت في البداية إخراج الفتاة دون استخدام أدوات فنية، وعندما ثبت تعذر ذلك، تم تفكيك المجفف وكشف حوضه.
وقال رجل إطفاء لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د. ب. أ) إن حالة الطفلة تدهورت أثناء الإنقاذ، وعانت من آلام وظلت عيناها مغمضتين طوال العملية.
Firefighters in Austria successfully rescued a 13-year-old girl from a clothes dryer through a complex operation after she had trapped herself in the confined space of the dryer drum.
The fire brigade in the Modling district of Vienna said on Saturday that the girl had climbed inside the appliance but was unable to get out on her own.
Emergency services were called on Friday evening and initially tried to free the girl without using technical tools. When it became clear that this was not possible, the dryer was dismantled to expose the drum.
A firefighter told the German news agency (dpa) that the girl's condition deteriorated during the rescue, and she experienced pain while keeping her eyes closed throughout the operation.
