شهدت محافظة البحيرة المصرية واقعة صادمة، بعدما ضبطت الأجهزة الرقابية مراكز طبية غير مرخصة تدار من قبل أشخاص لا يملكون أي مؤهلات لممارسة المهنة.
ففي مدينة دمنهور، قاد جهاز حماية المستهلك بالتعاون مع إدارة العلاج الحر بمديرية الصحة حملة تفتيش مكثفة على عدد من المنشآت الطبية، أسفرت عن ضبط سيدة حاصلة فقط على شهادة الثانوية العامة كانت تنتحل صفة طبيبة أسنان وتدير مركزًا لعلاج وتجميل الأسنان، حيث كانت تمارس المهنة بشكل مخالف للقانون ودون أي مؤهل طبي.
كما ضبطت الحملة صيدلانية تدير مركزًا آخر متخصصًا في علاج الأمراض الجلدية وتجميل البشرة، لكنها لم تحصل على التراخيص القانونية اللازمة لمزاولة هذا النشاط.
وتم التحفظ على جميع الأجهزة والمعدات الطبية داخل المركزين، وإغلاقهما وتشميعهما بالكامل، مع إحالة القائمين عليهما إلى النيابة العامة للتحقيق.
وأكدت محافظ البحيرة الدكتورة جاكلين عازر أن الحملات الرقابية ستستمر بشكل مفاجئ لضبط أي مخالفات أو تجاوزات في المنشآت الطبية الخاصة. وشددت على أن الهدف الأساسي هو حماية صحة المواطنين وضمان تقديم خدمات طبية آمنة ومرخصة.
The Egyptian governorate of Beheira witnessed a shocking incident, as regulatory authorities uncovered unlicensed medical centers run by individuals without any qualifications to practice the profession.
In the city of Damanhour, the Consumer Protection Agency, in cooperation with the Free Treatment Administration of the Health Directorate, conducted an intensive inspection campaign on several medical facilities, resulting in the arrest of a woman who only held a high school diploma. She was impersonating a dentist and managing a center for dental treatment and cosmetics, where she was practicing the profession illegally and without any medical qualifications.
The campaign also apprehended a pharmacist managing another center specialized in treating skin diseases and cosmetic treatments, but she had not obtained the necessary legal licenses to carry out this activity.
All medical devices and equipment inside the two centers were seized, and they were completely closed and sealed, with the operators referred to the public prosecution for investigation.
The Governor of Beheira, Dr. Jacqueline Azar, confirmed that regulatory campaigns will continue unexpectedly to address any violations or transgressions in private medical facilities. She emphasized that the primary goal is to protect the health of citizens and ensure the provision of safe and licensed medical services.
