شهدت مدينة عتق مركز محافظة شبوة جنوب شرقي اليمن، الإثنين، جريمة قتل مروعة، أقدم خلالها 3 أشقاء على التخلص من شقيقهم الأصغر ضربا بالعصي.
وتكشف تفاصيل جريمة القتل، وقائع «صادمة»، فعلاوة على أنها ناجمة عن أشقاء تجاه شقيقهم، فإن الجريمة نُفذت باستخدام العصي، حيث تم الاعتداء عليه بضربات متكررة على رأسه حتى فارق الحياة.
ويتراوح أعمار الأشقاء الأربعة، بين 20 عامًا وهو سن الشقيق الأصغر المجني عليه، فيما يبلغ أكبر الأشقاء 32 عامًا، بينما الشقيقان الآخران أحدهما عمره 25 عامًا والرابع 26 عامًا.
وقالت الأجهزة الأمنية في محافظة شبوة، التي نجحت في القبض على المتهمين الثلاثة، وأودعتهم السجن، إن التحقيقات الأولية تشير إلى أن جريمة القتل كانت عن طريق «العمد»، فيما جرى التحفظ على جثمان القتيل في ثلاجة المستشفى العام في عتق.
وتعتزم الأجهزة الأمنية، متابعة إجراءات التحقيق، بهدف استكمال الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وإحالة المتهمين للعدالة، وتحويل ملفهم إلى القضاء للفصل والبت في إصدار الحكم المناسب نظير جريمتهم.
The city of Ataq, the center of Shabwa Governorate in southeastern Yemen, witnessed a horrific murder on Monday, during which three brothers killed their younger sibling by beating him with sticks.
The details of the murder reveal "shocking" events; in addition to being committed by brothers against their sibling, the crime was carried out using sticks, with repeated blows to his head until he lost his life.
The ages of the four brothers range from 20 years, which is the age of the youngest victim, to 32 years for the oldest brother, while the other two brothers are 25 and 26 years old, respectively.
The security forces in Shabwa Governorate, which successfully apprehended the three suspects and placed them in jail, stated that initial investigations indicate that the murder was committed "intentionally," while the body of the victim has been preserved in the refrigerator of the general hospital in Ataq.
The security forces intend to continue the investigation procedures in order to complete the necessary legal actions, refer the suspects to justice, and transfer their case to the judiciary to decide and issue an appropriate ruling for their crime.
