في حادثة مأساوية بحي حدائق القبة بالعاصمة المصرية القاهرة، ارتفع عدد ضحايا انهيار عقارين إلى 9 أشخاص، بينهم الطفلة حور أيمن (9 سنوات)، التي انتُشلت حية من تحت الأنقاض بعد أكثر من 7 ساعات من الجهود المضنية لفرق الإنقاذ، قبل أن تُفارق الحياة في المستشفى متأثرة بإصاباتها البالغة.
ووقعت حادثة انهيار عقارين بمنطقة حدائق القبة، صباح يوم الجمعة، وأثارت موجة من الحزن والغضب بين سكان القاهرة، مع تجدد الدعوات لتشديد الرقابة على المباني القديمة في مصر.
وأعلنت محافظة القاهرة أن فرق الدفاع المدني والإنقاذ تمكنت من انتشال 14 ناجيًا من تحت أنقاض العقارين المنهارين في حي حدائق القبة، أحدهما مكون من أرضي و5 طوابق والآخر من 4 طوابق.
وتواصل قوات الحماية المدنية بالقاهرة عمليات البحث عن 4 أشخاص مفقودين تحت أنقاض عقارات حدائق القبة المنهارة، وسط تواجد قيادات أمنية للإشراف على عمليات البحث، في حين يشهد محيط أنقاض العقارات الثلاثة تواجد أهالي الضحايا، إذ ينتظرون خروج باقي الضحايا من أسفل الأنقاض.
وكشفت مصادر رسمية أن الطفلة حور أيمن، التي أصبحت رمزًا للأمل بعد إنقاذها، تُوفيت صباح السبت؛ بسبب إصابات خطيرة في الرأس والصدر، وأفاد عم الطفلة، وفقًا لمصادر إعلامية، أن والدتها وشقيقها حمزة ما زالا مفقودين تحت الأنقاض، حيث تتواصل عمليات البحث بمساعدة المعدات الثقيلة.
وفور وقوع الحادثة تحرك محافظ القاهرة إبراهيم صابر إلى الموقع، برفقة فرق الدفاع المدني والإسعاف، لمتابعة جهود الإنقاذ، وتم إخلاء مبنى مجاور كإجراء احترازي لضمان سلامة السكان، فيما أمرت النيابة العامة بتشكيل لجنة هندسية للتحقيق في أسباب الانهيار.
وتشير التحقيقات الأولية إلى أن التعديلات غير القانونية على الجدران الحاملة في أحد العقارين قد تكون السبب الرئيسي، وهي مشكلة شائعة في الأحياء القديمة بالقاهرة.
وأعلنت وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي تقديم تعويضات مالية بقيمة 60,000 جنيه مصري لأسر الضحايا، مع تقديم مساعدات عاجلة للمصابين.

A nearby building was evacuated as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of residents, while the public prosecution ordered the formation of an engineering committee to investigate the causes of the collapse.
Preliminary investigations indicate that illegal modifications to the load-bearing walls in one of the buildings may be the main cause, which is a common problem in the old neighborhoods of Cairo.
The Ministry of Social Solidarity announced the provision of financial compensation amounting to 60,000 Egyptian pounds for the families of the victims, along with urgent assistance for the injured.
