بعد مرور أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر على مصرع المصرية آية عادل في الأردن، فجّرت مصادر قانونية تطورات جديدة للواقعة المُحاطة بالغموض.
وقالت المصادر إن النائب العام الأردني وجّه لزوج الراحلة تُهمة دفع شخص للانتحار، ومن المتوقع أن تصل عقوبتها إلى السجن 20 عاماً، وفقاً للقوانين الأردنية.
وحددت النيابة العامة في الأردن جلسة 29 مايو الجاري أولى جلسات محاكمة زوج آية عادل.
وكشف تقرير الطب الشرعي لجثة آية عادل عن وجود كسر خلعي في الفقرات العنقية والصدرية الثالثة، ونزف في القلب، وآخر تحت الأم الجافية والعنكبوتية، وتهتك في الكبد والطحال، وتجمع دموي في التجويف البطني، وكسر في عظام الحوض الأيمن، إثر سقوطها من النافذة.
وأفاد التقرير بأن سبب الوفاة يعود إلى النزف الدموي الدماغي، وكسور فقرات العنق الناتج عن الارتطام بجسم صلب، وعلى إثرها أحيلت الأوراق إلى النيابة العامة، وتم تفريغ كاميرات المراقبة من قبل الخبراء الفنيين، الذين أكدوا وجود المتهم على بعد متر واحد من المجني عليها حين أقدمت على رمي نفسها من نافذة المطبخ.
وكشف تقرير ضابط مسرح الجريمة والصور الفوتوغرافية عن وجود جزء مكسور من عصا القشاطة إلى جانب جثة المجني عليها في الطابق الأرضي، وعلى إثره، تم القبض على الزوج المتهم من قبل رجال الأمن العام، الذي اعترف بضربه المجني عليها، وبناء عليه جرت الملاحقة.
تُجدر الإشارة إلى أن آية عادل، وهي أم لطفلين، لقيت مصرعها، يوم 14 فبراير الماضي، بعد سقوطها من نافذة شقتها بالطابق السابع في منطقة لواء الرصيفة شمال شرقي العاصمة الأردنية عمّان، ومنذ ذلك الحين، أثيرت الكثير من التساؤلات حول الحادثة التي اعتُقد في البداية أنها انتحار، بينما تمسكت أسرة الزوجة بأنها جريمة قتل.
More than three months after the death of the Egyptian Ayah Adel in Jordan, legal sources have revealed new developments in the case surrounded by mystery.
The sources stated that the Jordanian public prosecutor has charged the deceased's husband with inciting a person to commit suicide, and the penalty could reach up to 20 years in prison, according to Jordanian laws.
The public prosecution in Jordan has scheduled the first session of the trial for Ayah Adel's husband on May 29 of this year.
The forensic report on Ayah Adel's body revealed a dislocated fracture in the cervical and third thoracic vertebrae, bleeding in the heart, additional bleeding under the dura mater and arachnoid, laceration in the liver and spleen, a blood collection in the abdominal cavity, and a fracture in the right pelvic bones, as a result of her falling from the window.
The report indicated that the cause of death was due to cerebral hemorrhage and fractures of the cervical vertebrae resulting from the impact with a solid object. Following this, the documents were referred to the public prosecution, and surveillance cameras were analyzed by technical experts, who confirmed the presence of the accused one meter away from the victim when she threw herself from the kitchen window.
A report from the crime scene officer and the photographs revealed a broken part of a stick next to the victim's body on the ground floor, which led to the arrest of the accused husband by public security personnel, who confessed to having assaulted the victim, and based on this, legal action was taken.
It is worth noting that Ayah Adel, a mother of two, died on February 14 of last year after falling from the window of her apartment on the seventh floor in the Al-Russeifa district northeast of the Jordanian capital, Amman. Since then, many questions have been raised about the incident, which was initially believed to be a suicide, while the wife's family insisted it was a murder.
