شهدت مدينة المحلة الكبرى بمحافظة الغربية، واقعة صادمة، إذ اعتدت 7 سيدات على محامٍ بالضرب المبرح، وصفت بـ«علقة موت»، داخل عمارة سكنية بسبب خلافات الجيرة.
الواقعة، التي أثارت جدلًا واسعًا، دفعت نقابة محامين شرق طنطا إلى إصدار بيان يدين الاعتداء، فيما تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الغربية من ضبط المتهمات للتحقيق في الحادثة.
وفقًا لمصادر أمنية، وقعت الحادثة داخل عمارة سكنية في مدينة المحلة الكبرى، حيث يقع مكتب المحامي بالقرب من مركز تجميل «بيوتي سنتر» تديره مجموعة من السيدات.
بدأت الواقعة بخلاف بسيط بين المحامي والعاملات في الصالون؛ بسبب مشكلات متعلقة بالجيرة، مثل الضوضاء أو استخدام المساحات المشتركة في العمارة.
وسرعان ما تصاعد الخلاف إلى مشادة كلامية، تطورت إلى اعتداء جسدي من قِبل السيدات السبع على المحامي، مما تسبب في إصابته بجروح وكدمات وصفت بأنها خطيرة.
وتعود أحداث الواقعة حينما تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الغربية إخطاراً من مأمور قسم شرطة أول المحلة يفيد بورود بلاغ من شرطة النجدة حول واقعة نشوب خناقة واعتداء عاملات بيوتي سنتر على أحد المحامين بالضرب المبرح بسبب خلافات الجيرة.
وبتقنين الإجراءات الأمنية وبأعداد الأكمنة الثابتة والمتحركة تمكن ضباط مباحث قسم أول المحلة من ضبط 7 أشخاص من العاملات في واقعة الاعتداء على أحد المحامين بالضرب المبرح وإصابته في أماكن متفرقة من جسده.
وأفاد شهود عيان أنه حال توجه المحامي للاطمئنان على أفراد أسرته وتردده لزيارة أبنائه فوجئ باستغاثتهم لخلاف مع مالكة بيوتي سنتر والعاملات والذين أقدموا على الاعتداء والضرب المبرح له حال دفاعه عن أفراد أسرته.
وكلفت إدارة البحث الجنائي بالتحري ظروف وملابسات الواقعة وتحرر محضر بالواقعة وأخطرت النيابة العامة للتحقيق.
وتم نقل المحامي إلى أحد المستشفيات لتلقي العلاج، فيما أُحيلت المتهمات إلى النيابة العامة للتحقيق في الواقعة بتهم الاعتداء والضرب.
وأصدرت نقابة محامين شرق طنطا بيانًا رسميًا أدانت فيه الاعتداء على زميلهم، واصفة إياه بـ«الفعل المشين» الذي يمس كرامة المهنة وأمن المحامين أثناء تأدية عملهم.
وطالبت النقابة الجهات الأمنية باتخاذ إجراءات صارمة ضد المتهمات، مؤكدة دعمها الكامل للمحامي الضحية ومتابعتها للتحقيقات لضمان تحقيق العدالة.
كما دعت النقابة إلى ضرورة احترام القانون وحل الخلافات بالطرق السلمية بدلاً من اللجوء إلى العنف.
وفقًا لمصادر قضائية، بدأت النيابة العامة التحقيق مع المتهمات السبع، إذ يواجهن تهمًا تتعلق بالاعتداء بالضرب وإحداث إصابات، وقد تصل العقوبات المحتملة للحبس أو الغرامة بناءً على تقرير الإصابات وشهادات الشهود.

The incident, which sparked widespread controversy, prompted the East Tanta Lawyers' Syndicate to issue a statement condemning the assault, while the security forces of the Gharbia Security Directorate managed to apprehend the suspects for investigation into the incident.
According to security sources, the incident occurred inside a residential building in Mahalla al-Kubra, where the lawyer's office is located near a beauty center run by a group of women.
The incident began with a minor dispute between the lawyer and the workers at the salon over neighborhood-related issues, such as noise or the use of common areas in the building.
Quickly, the disagreement escalated into a verbal altercation, which developed into a physical assault by the seven women on the lawyer, resulting in injuries and bruises described as serious.
The events of the incident date back to when the security forces of the Gharbia Security Directorate received a notification from the officer in charge of the First Mahalla Police Station about a report from the emergency police regarding a fight and the assault of a lawyer by the workers at the beauty center due to neighborhood disputes.
By legalizing security procedures and setting up fixed and mobile checkpoints, the officers of the First Mahalla Investigation Department managed to apprehend 7 individuals from the workers involved in the assault on the lawyer, who was severely beaten and injured in various parts of his body.
Eyewitnesses reported that when the lawyer went to check on his family and visited his children, he was surprised by their cries for help due to a dispute with the owner of the beauty center and the workers, who assaulted him while he was defending his family members.
The Criminal Investigation Department was tasked with investigating the circumstances and details of the incident, and a report was filed regarding the incident, which was referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation.
The lawyer was transferred to a hospital for treatment, while the suspects were referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation into the incident on charges of assault and battery.
The East Tanta Lawyers' Syndicate issued an official statement condemning the assault on their colleague, describing it as a "shameful act" that undermines the dignity of the profession and the safety of lawyers while performing their duties.
The syndicate called on the security authorities to take strict measures against the suspects, affirming its full support for the victimized lawyer and its commitment to following up on the investigations to ensure justice is served.
The syndicate also urged the necessity of respecting the law and resolving disputes peacefully instead of resorting to violence.
According to judicial sources, the Public Prosecution has begun investigating the seven suspects, who face charges related to assault and causing injuries, with potential penalties including imprisonment or fines based on the injury report and witness testimonies.
