تأهلت أندية الاتحاد والهلال والعلا والأهلي إلى نصف نهائي بطولة كأس الاتحاد السعودي للكرة الطائرة في نسختها الـ35، بعد فوزها، في منافسات دور الثمانية من البطولة، التي تُقام على صالة مدينة الأمير نايف الرياضية بالقطيف.
وتمكن الاتحاد من حجز بطاقة التأهل بعد فوزه على الفتح بثلاثة أشواط مقابل شوطين، جاءت نتائجها: (21/25)، (12/25)، (25/21)، (19/25)، (15/12).
وفي مواجهة مثيرة بين الهلال والنصر، تأهل الهلال بعد فوزه بثلاثة أشواط مقابل شوط، وجاءت نتائج الأشواط: (25/18)، (22/25)، (26/24)، (25/21).
أما العلا فنجح في تجاوز الخويلدية بثلاثة أشواط نظيفة، بنتائج: (25/15)، (25/13)، (25/17).
وتفوق الأهلي على الابتسام بالنتيجة ذاتها (3-0)، وجاءت نتائج الأشواط: (25/15)، (25/16)، (25/13).
وتُقام مواجهات نصف النهائي غداً (الإثنين) بلقاء الاتحاد والهلال عند الرابعة عصراً، فيما يلتقي العلا والأهلي عند السادسة مساءً، لتحديد طرفي نهائي البطولة.

The clubs of Ittihad, Hilal, Ula, and Ahli have qualified for the semifinals of the 35th edition of the Saudi Federation Cup for volleyball, after their victories in the quarterfinals of the tournament, which is being held at the Prince Nayef Sports City in Qatif.
Ittihad managed to secure a spot in the semifinals after defeating Al-Fateh three sets to two, with the set results being: (21/25), (12/25), (25/21), (19/25), (15/12).
In an exciting match between Hilal and Nasr, Hilal qualified after winning three sets to one, with the set results being: (25/18), (22/25), (26/24), (25/21).
As for Ula, they succeeded in overcoming Al-Khuwailidiyah with a clean sweep of three sets, with results of: (25/15), (25/13), (25/17).
Ahli also triumphed over Al-Ittisam with the same score (3-0), with the set results being: (25/15), (25/16), (25/13).
The semifinal matches will take place tomorrow (Monday), with Ittihad facing Hilal at 4 PM, while Ula will meet Ahli at 6 PM, to determine the finalists of the tournament.
