الألماني ماتياس يايسله المدير الفني للأخضر، والإيطالي سيموني إنزاجي مدرب الأزرق، لكل واحد منهما طريقته وأداؤه الذي يقدمه من تكتيك وتكنيك داخل المستطيل الأخضر، فتلك المواجهة الأولى بينهما وتمتاز المدرستين بالقوة البدنية لمنتخباتهم، وعلى صعيد أنديتهم كذلك.
